Make an appointment 1st and the flow is pretty quick. The staff is also on point and very friendly. Shout out to Rosalia!! Every one I have dealt with since the process of transferring my vehicle license and title have been incredible.🤗

The best DMV in Los Angeles! Every person working there was extremely nice and friendly to me. I took my behind the wheel test there and I passed. My examiner Noel was absolutely amazing, very kind and his instructions were very clear and understandable. I am very grateful and highly recommend Winnetka DMV services! I had a horrible previous experience in Van Nuys DMV.

I always have the greatest experiences here but sadly today was not one of those days. There a great deal to learn about Customer service and for someone to tell me "will you let me finish talking" in a aggressive and rudely mannered way is indeed not welcomed. Not once did I make it seem or appear rude for her to speak to me in this way an ok way. I ended up shutting up for her to speak and left. Clearly they do not care about what I wanted to make my point across even if I was right or wrong. The fact is that I could not express to tell her what one of the employees told me that would help my case. None the less, this is why I am writing this review because clearly it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you DMV lady not even gonna mention how you treated my significant other when he was just standing on one side not doing anything to you but yet you had to have him move. Respect should go both ways and if you feel you cannot do your job in a respectful manner then you should not do it at all.

I went to this office to renew my vehicle registration at the machine thinking that it was going to be faster and was going to walk away with my tags but I didn't because the machine is not updated automatically with smog information but it's quick to charge a fee for processing it through the stupid machine. I guess we paying for that machine too, for an inconvenience that only affect the customer in every way. If I would want to save that fee and get my tags in the same moment then the price I have to pay is to stand in line waiting and waiting. The machine sucks and so the service! Now I have to wait for the sticker in the mail whenever they feel like sending them or when they get to it.😡😡😡

It's like a well oiled machine in there. I made an appointment but for a Friday it wasn't to busy at all. But definitely do your applications on line other wise it takes a little longer.

Sometimes the line stretches out the door, but other times you can walk right up to the counter without waiting in line at all, its hit or miss here. There are other dmv locations with much shorter lines and less wait time where you can be in and out fast.

The guy in counter No.1(photo counter)) has a ton of attitude and not friendly at all. Very rude and behaved with a bad attitude. People in 30 were very helpful. The security lady was very nice and politely helping all.

Honestly, not bad at all if you make an appointment and fill out your application and upload whatever documents you need online. Super smooth process (if you do all of the above). I've done this for myself and helped my mother do it as well for our real IDs and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The parking lot is way bigger than the Van Nuys office, so that's a huge plus, and the people who work there were pleasant. Just do yourself a favor and take some time to go on the website, figure out what documents you need, fill out everything online, and make an appointment. A little planning will go a long way.

Went to Winnetka DMV on Sherman Way. If you get there before 6am you will be up in front of the line. The first 12 or so get a green window number card so you get right in at 8 am. All DMV employees are very nice.
