Honestly, not bad at all if you make an appointment and fill out your application and upload whatever documents you need online. Super smooth process (if you do all of the above). I've done this for myself and helped my mother do it as well for our real IDs and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The parking lot is way bigger than the Van Nuys office, so that's a huge plus, and the people who work there were pleasant. Just do yourself a favor and take some time to go on the website, figure out what documents you need, fill out everything online, and make an appointment.
