Just went in to ask about shipping. Couldn't tell me about the insurance, talk about packing, what options there are. It was like pulling teeth. And she keep yawning. Did not seem interested in helping. When I asked if I can have some boxes and bags for my business said unless I had the item there I get nothing. The other UPS store is way nicer. This is a great place! The first time I came here was for an oil change and it was a good price. A month later I had a separate issue with my car. Luckily the issue was an easy fix they did free of charge! Excellent customer service. They are honest, fair, and generous. Highly recommend. ~Sarah

The Los Angeles area is so big, living here my entire life, I tend to feel disconnected. But working with 101 Auto had a small town feeling about it. My husband brought our truck in for a noise he heard. Ray took very good care of our truck and guaranteed his work, by telling him to come back with any issues, which were included in the initial fee. I took our car in for a simple oil change, where I met Art. Art took me in right away ON A SATURDAY. It took him about an hour. Within two visits, my husband and I felt as if we were working with friends and in very good hands. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, 101 auto repair is your place. ~Linda

Honestly, not bad at all if you make an appointment and fill out your application and upload whatever documents you need online. Super smooth process (if you do all of the above). I've done this for myself and helped my mother do it as well for our real IDs and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The parking lot is way bigger than the Van Nuys office, so that's a huge plus, and the people who work there were pleasant. Just do yourself a favor and take some time to go on the website, figure out what documents you need, fill out everything online, and make an appointment. A little planning will go a long way. ~Lindsey

Very good guys! The did a great job removing old muffler pipe on my Porsche and install an aftermarket performance pipe. Two bolts on catalytic were so oxydized and damaged that we had to cut them off. It took the team almost 4 hours but I couldn't do it myself. Very happy with results! ~Tim
