Just went in to ask about shipping. Couldn't tell me about the insurance, talk about packing, what options there are. It was like pulling teeth. And she keep yawning. Did not seem interested in helping. When I asked if I can have some boxes and bags for my business said unless I had the item there I get nothing. The other UPS store is way nicer. Bad service and no motivation. ~Kitsune
