Stopped to get gas and clean my windshield from a trip to Wausau. All four wiper fluid containers were bone dry and had snow in them. So I'm pretty sure it's been days since they had any fluid in them. I then went inside to let them know and the comment was "I guess I'll have to get on that", not here... let me grab some and we'll get you taken care of. Terrible service with an attitude. ~Steve

Up until the last 2 months I never had an issue at this pharmacy. There have been very rude younger staff working recently having an attitude. Last month I went in to get a prescription on file filled they said I filled it and had to call my insurance. I never filled it. I asked her to look into it. She snapped back I told you to call insurance. I call my insurance they said I had to call the pharmacy. My insurance said they accidentally filled it and reversed it and they just have to rerun it. Hours wasted on the phone and in person when she could have just tried. I call again this month waiting a long time. I ask to fill the script and said I had to wait due to less days in February. I asked her to puke it through since I had a hard time getting through. The girl snapped back our Phones have been broken a month and a half and I already told you I would. First of all you never said that and second of all I didn’t know your phones were broken. She needs to learn respect and how to talk to people!!! If the phones are broken why aren’t they being fixed? Might be time to switch pharmacies if I am going to be treated like a piece of S**t!!! Unacceptable business practice and should be talked to!!! Wisc Rapids ~Jjlynn

Our driver was excellent. We paid a premium for high vis clothing for our workers. Shirts were laundered incorrectly and the stripes were damaged. Pants were not delivered when returned, which we later found out was due to their labeling error. They claimed our contract auto renewed, this would be an evergreen contract, which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin. In the end I was forced to buy the uniforms from them, because they claimed excessive wear. Most likely this excessive wear was due to their poor laundering process. We have since switched to a different service. It's a couple bucks more every month but the quality of service is worth it. ~Dave

Went in today, as I have done around the first of every single month for the past 16 months, I usually purchase four cartons of cigarettes at around 300$ per month, today when I asked for the same four cartons ive purchased every month, I was scolded by the associate working and was told that I must tell her ahead of time and that she cannot sell me 4 cartons in a very loud and nasty tone, very opposite from the nice warm welcome she gave when I walked in, I really wish I have not ever purchased anything here for the past 16 months, I will not spend a cent here ever again or at any stores associated with this one, I know that they probably do not care that they have lost my and my families business, but I do hope this will encourage others to consider going somewhere else where your a valued customer treated respectfully. ~Dustin
