5 Best convenience store in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

Stopped to get gas and clean my windshield from a trip to Wausau. All four wiper fluid containers were bone dry and had snow in them. So I'm pretty sure it's been days since they had any fluid in them. I then went inside to let them know and the comment was "I guess I'll have to get on that", not here... let me grab some and we'll get you taken care of. Terrible service with an attitude. ~Steve

Up until the last 2 months I never had an issue at this pharmacy. There have been very rude younger staff working recently having an attitude. Last month I went in to get a prescription on file filled they said I filled it and had to call my insurance. I never filled it. I asked her to look into it. She snapped back I told you to call insurance. I call my insurance they said I had to call the pharmacy. My insurance said they accidentally filled it and reversed it and they just have to rerun it. Hours wasted on the phone and in person when she could have just tried. I call again this month waiting a long time. I ask to fill the script and said I had to wait due to less days in February. I asked her to puke it through since I had a hard time getting through. The girl snapped back our Phones have been broken a month and a half and I already told you I would. First of all you never said that and second of all I didn’t know your phones were broken. She needs to learn respect and how to talk to people!!! If the phones are broken why aren’t they being fixed? Might be time to switch pharmacies if I am going to be treated like a piece of S**t!!! Unacceptable business practice and should be talked to!!! Wisc Rapids ~Jjlynn

Went in today, as I have done around the first of every single month for the past 16 months, I usually purchase four cartons of cigarettes at around 300$ per month, today when I asked for the same four cartons ive purchased every month, I was scolded by the associate working and was told that I must tell her ahead of time and that she cannot sell me 4 cartons in a very loud and nasty tone, very opposite from the nice warm welcome she gave when I walked in, I really wish I have not ever purchased anything here for the past 16 months, I will not spend a cent here ever again or at any stores associated with this one, I know that they probably do not care that they have lost my and my families business, but I do hope this will encourage others to consider going somewhere else where your a valued customer treated respectfully. ~Dustin

Buyer beware!! This gas station double charged my son for gas (knowingly) and said he “couldn’t help” unless his financial didn’t give him the money back, then he’d have to come back with his statement the next day and the attendant said at that point, he would give him double the refund. 🤔 We immediately called to dispute the double charge and even the gal with card services said it looked fishy. When I came back to the gas station, with card service on the phone and even showed him we could see it was double charged on the banking app, he admitted to the double charge. So frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this place making less than honest or sketchy transactions. Stear clear of this place. Note to self: GET A RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE YOUR CHARGES ARE CORRECT. ~Melissa

This is the kwik trip my family goes to the most often. My son loves the samples handed out by Miss Deb, who is the sweetest & kindest ladies, she always has a smile on her face and something kind to say. The people working here love their job and it shows. Cole is cashier here and is a HOOT! So kind and funny, always has something nice to say and great customer service attitude. ~Eileen
