Hours on google maps aren’t accurate, they’re supposedly open 9-5 on weekdays. However, I was waiting outside until 9:15 today and no one was there to open the store. I understand covid makes things difficult, but they could at least stick to their hours... ~Julie

While better than the Major Banks, BoJH could do better job servicing its customers. One recent addition to their services is Zelle, which is pretty worthless. They should have saved their money and invested it in something that really offers some advantages to their customers compared to other money transfer programs (Venmo, PayPal). BoJH was recently bought by another corporation and it is going to be interesting to see how it changes its operations, if at all. Stay tuned ~Stephen
