While better than the Major Banks, BoJH could do better job servicing its customers. One recent addition to their services is Zelle, which is pretty worthless. They should have saved their money and invested it in something that really offers some advantages to their customers compared to other money transfer programs (Venmo, PayPal). BoJH was recently bought by another corporation and it is going to be interesting to see how it changes its operations, if at all. Stay tuned

Im so glad I moved my accounts to this bank. When I call with a question, someone always picks up and finds the right person to answer it. Tellers are very friendly and helpful.

Had an issue with my Debit card being locked over a Friday night, last time my card was locked I got a call immediately after inquiring about if I was the authorized user and that the purchases made were made by me. This time I've gotten no such thing and there is no one to reach to correct the problem with my card.
