We got in line at the drive through the line actually moved quite fast for it being around dinner time. My gripe is I asked for no pickles I'm allergic and what did I find on my burger pickles. I cannot say I had a good experience. And it's not just this Wendy's it's everyone I go to they always mess up my order somehow. Tons of people after a Friday night football game. Staff was still professional although very stressed due to staff shortage. Food still tasted great and was brought out in a reasonable amount of time.

It's a normal Wendy's. A bit old feeling now, but they do have some of the more modern self-ordering machines. It's often faster to go inside than wait in the drive through, and that way you can check your order... Which I recommend that you do

The food was definitely up to Wendy's standard of both flavor and appearance. Looked just like the ad and tasted even better. I met the owner of the location and he is a warm and passionate man who seemed to live, eat, and breathe the spirit of customer service.

Food is usually great. Not sure if the workers inside realize (or care) that there is no first menu. There’s only one menu at the order window which leaves you with no time to decide what you want. They’re super pushy and you can’t get a word in edgewise. You just drove in and they’re already sick of you and you’re taking too long. When you pick up your food, they shut the window before you can ask for anything else or confirm anything. It’s a very antisocial crew working the drive thru. You would have an easier time getting warm and inviting customer service from a robot than from the girls working the drive thru. See for yourself!

A pleasant surprise We don't know Wendy's in Europe. I much prefer Wendy's to McDonald's Nice and tasty food and at affordable price. Definitely a must in Jackson Wyoming where everything is becoming expensive and overpriced, almost priceless.

Good restaurant. Clean, tasty food. Good service. Well managed. I highly recommend going here if you're thinking about it. It is fast food, technically, but it's clean. Good for a quick bite. Good for kids, too.

Best Wendy’s we’ve been to, period. Had a quick dinner there on 6/20/22. The manager, who was manning the counter (I believe his name was Doug), was outstanding. He helped us with the kiosk order and later checked on us as well as the rest of the customers. Service you don’t expect with fast food!

Bathrooms are gender-neutral and were clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Food was good, the right temperatures, and was ready quickly. Fed 2 teen boys and myself for about $16 using their 4 for $5 deal!

Not the worst but pretty bad. See pictures. 1) They can't even get the double stacks patties one on top of the other. 2) There was some fried patato INSIDE of the fried chicken burger patty.
