5 minutes in drive thru. Gave order twice to 2 different individuals. 15 minutes to get order. A slush and an ice cream. Nope Nope Nope!

Fantastic Manager setting an outstanding example for her peers and those appointed under her supervision. Truly cares about the family setting and keeps a good, kid-friendly environment. Had one of her peers apologize for her chosen vocabulary yelled in front of both my kids, 2 & 5 yrs old. I cannot commend her actions enough. Great food, great service. Glad we stopped by. U.S.M.C. - Retired Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! Manager goes above and beyond. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible parking even for van and wheelchair requirements.

Be careful about ordering a shake, their lids are terrible and will come off in an instant if you so much as grab the cup wrong. Not only that, but they WILL charge you for a replacement if you spill you shake all over your car in front of them

We ordered on the app specifically so we could be in and out as we have an infant and we didn't get our order until over an hour later. Yes I intercomed around 30min mark and was told "we'll be right with you." No one got back so intercomed again was told to hold on again nothing... than intercomed and someone finally talked to me asking what the name on order was and said "it was coming out now." Nope that order was for another unfortunate person waiting forever. After another 5mins intercomed again and they said "oh we'll look into it." They didn't ask my name or what the order number was just that they are extremely busy and left.... wait another 15mins and that's when I went inside because at this point we needed to leave. They gave me every excuse in the book to why they didn't have our order made even though everyone that was there at the time we got there had their orders or had left by then. Like if a customer is stating they have been there for awhile it should be addressed immediately and without question. We would have left already but paid through the app and refunds are nearly impossible to get.

Honestly don't know why I bother coming here anymore. Be ready to wait 20 minutes plus for any food and at least 10 minutes for drinks. Plus the drive in ordering system has been down for over two months now. With how bad this sonic has been over the past few years, it's anyones guess why corperate hasn't stepped in and fixed this mess of a store.

It was busy but the staff was friendly and they were all working hard so I didn't mind waiting as a walk up customer. The food was good, hot and fresh.

The place is next to a truck stop and hotel but if you think your gonna get food you better drive there after 7pm will not let you order in the lobby or from the stalls because they are always closed what a joke! Had this issue several times with them

Friendly, however poor speed and quality of food. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. My medium chili cheese tots were lacking chili & not very fresh also had circle back and go get them. Staff were very apologetic. Just wasn't a good day.

We ordered 3 shakes, fries, and cheese bites. The wait time for this order with very few customers on a Sunday afternoon was -30 minutes. Additionally, the fries were cold, and the cheese bites were luke-warm. The one positive was that the shakes were good.
