The chicken was extremely cold,old, & dried out. The skin,breading, & meat were shrunk around the bones of each piece. The biscuits were cold,dried out, & hard. The employee who packed my family's order needs to be re-trained. It was a waste of my time & almost $40.00. Don't waste your time & money. We never heard from this store's Manager, guess they just don't care. Well, I don't either,they did nothing to fix this terrible & horrible experience. This website wants to know what you would recommend, nothing, absolutely nothing.

Sandwich soggy no crunch. Bread wet sauce everywhere. Waited 10mins in line. Got stale frys. It was the worst sandwich I ever had. Seems a few comments below that they had a similar complaint and have not improved. KFC franchise should shut the doors on this place. Lobby closed 2 dollars more go to Wing Shack.

Dining room was closed. Food was good, but wasn't as top notch as other locations I've had. Fries were a little too salty and I love salt. Dr Pepper was watered down. Very disappointed in the Kentucky Fried chicken sandwich I had. It's suppose to be made fresh, but mine was far from that. It wasn't crispy, hot or even that good. Too many pickles overpowered the taste of the sandwich. I guess maybe a different KFC might be better. This one isn't that good.

We went through the drive through and received our order. I was large and was packed all in the same bag. It was stacked very high with the gravy on top. One turn leaving the parking lot and it all fell over. There was gravy everywhere! It was in the bag covering all the containers and out of the bag which spilled all over the back seat. We drove back through to ask for more napkins and a new gravy. The lady took the bag and re packed the order. She was very kind about the miss hap and made sure to pack everything securely. She then gave us a free chocolate cake for the inconvenience. Very nice customer service!

Not really a fan of chicken pot pie. But the pie from KFC was excellent. Crust on the top is flaky. Lots of chicken. Great flavor for the gravy. As you can see by the picture.. I totally enjoyed it. Great lunch for $4.99

This business has absolutely gone straight into the ground. You try to go there when the website says they’re open and nope they aren’t opening for a couple more hours due to whatever excuse it is for that day. You try to go there an hour or two before they close and nope the whole building is completely shut down and black. And you can’t just order dark meat so you HAVE to get white meat too even if you don’t eat white meat and they always forget something in my order.This place is absolutely pathetic and I’m not trying anymore. You've lost my family and I as customers. Don’t come here unless you wanna be disappointed.

Even though my pickup order was woefully incomplete, and I had to wait when I went back, the staff were actually very, very kind in fixing my order. Granted I would not have had to go back if the order was complete in the first place, however, their kindness when I returned makes up for it. The extra food was a surprise, and welcome but the kindness of the manager and the young lady with blue hair extensions is what I will remember more.

I was super hungry and craving Mac and cheese and chicken and so I decided to order online for pickup with kfc and I am highly disappointed with the kfc on Lincolnway. Besides my fries being ice cold I’m missing half of my order and the staff at the store repeatedly told me they wouldn’t give me the missing items in my order or refunding me (and yes I mean the ones I paid for!). It definitely will be a while before I choose this restaurant again and I feel for the people I read reviews of their experiences.

I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews because I hate it but is having hair in the chicken a new thing. The past three times I’ve been there I’ve found multiple hairs in the chicken it’s upsetting. I end up throwing the chicken away and once again I ordered today and hair in the chicken again. Not only did I get hair in the chicken my soda was so flat it was water. Honestly the most upsetting time I’ve ordered from here. Very disappointing I probably won’t be going there for a long time.
