I have used them at least 3 times before for when I go on trips and need extra cushion or their have been problems with my card. I tried 2 other places before them and I love them. They are friendly, helpful, and after you've used them once, they are QUICK. If they have lines, they get through them quickly. The process was quick and easy. I've received up to 350 on a payday loan which was very helpful and one time I forgot to pay them back on my following check and they called to remind me and offered me a payment plan if need be but I didn't need it. I have no issues with them. I love this location and I would use them again in the future.

I can not say enough good things about the workers here. My wife and I had a loan from TN and we're broke down here in baton rouge and we're in great need of money from our installment loan we had up north. The great staff and management went above in beyond in helping us. We kept hitting dead ends when we called tn. But they refused to stop. They worked with us and made calls back and forth till they were able to find a solution. There tireless work took 3 hours of time that they didn't have to do but they were determined to help us and make things right. My wife and I are forever greatful to the staff and manager for all they have done for us. If you are in a bind I can not recommend these fine ladies enough. It's not just about money with them they truly care about you and your needs as a individual.

The girls in there didn’t even know New Mexico was a state, talking about they need to call an “international” phone number, were also being very racist, saying New Mexico in Spanish out loud, taunting me and laughing. Didn’t even know how to do their jobs, got my stuff cashed elsewhere!!! Don’t waste you’re time here!!!!

I had been dealing with them for a few months.... I always went in to make my payments.... I had a payment due right before xmas, I went in to pay.... Understandably, they were busy, but the issue was that they had over 30 people waiting....with only two cashiers actually helping customers, about 5 others in the back watching the choas as the customers were getting more impatient. After waiting more than an hour to be helped and the line not moving. I went up to one of the cashiers and explained i had to return to work and asked if was ok if i returned the next day...Being that i am a regular there, she quickly said, yes... The next morning i got an account alert from my bank which stated that they had withdrawn the money from my account.... I called them and ask that since they had withdrawn the money could i take out the loan on the same day. I was assured i could... Needless to say i call and went they everyday..for a week before xmas and i was told that the account was pending payment... My bank statement was showing that they had received the money days earlier... They wouldnt give me any money or my car title back... My children went without xmas.... Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN....I BORROWED 400 DOLLARS AND PAID BACK HUNDREDS MORE ON TIME TO THEM FOR THEM TO LEAVE ME STUCK OUT ON XMAS.... NEVER AGAIN.

Slow Service & Long Lines!! Customer Reps Work Very Slow,Talking Amongst Themselves, Laughing,Playing Music & Uninterested In Customers Time Consumption. Also Phone Calls Shouldn't Take Precedence Over Customers Standing In Front Of You,Instead Of Requesting Next Customer,Take The Call Then Request Next In Line! Just Saying!

LAZY!! I walked in an HOUR before closing and asked if they loaded NetSpend cards. One lady quickly said the machine was down.. one lady says it wasn't down but I had to fill out a form. Btw, I've had NetSpend for 3 years and was not once asked to fill out a form to LOAD money on an already activated card. I can't stand someone that lies so they dont have to do their job. This happened Nov. 11, 2017 an hour before closing.
