The young lady has no customer service and is rude as hell. As long as she is there I will spend my money elsewhere. She need an whole course on training or she need to go somewhere else

The guy Seldon or whatever his name is has to be the worse employee I’ve ever seen. He was cursing loudly in the store with several children inside that could hear him. Several people in Brusly I have spoken to said he’s been very rude to them. His name tag is messed up so you can’t make his name out.

Quite a while after posting previous review, I went back to the store and a new manager was there. I told him about my problem and was advised to bring my item back to the store which I did and received my refund. Evidently was not a company policy but a bad manager policy. I bought a phone holder for my car last week that didn’t fit on my car. I went in today to return or replace the item and was told that as of yesterday, the store does not take any electronics back. So this policy came into effect a week after I bought the phone holder and also, since when is a phone holder an electronic device. The clerk called to make sure she could not take it back since it wasn’t electronic and was told it couldn’t be returned. My last time there. Just make sure your item is what you want because you may never be able to return it.

The worst customer service I've ever seen exspecialty the manager. Most nasty manager sitting there arguing back with customer in front of customer for about 20 minutes. He couldn't be a manager at my store eyes blood shot red like he on some of meth. Y'all really need to get reed of him, and drug test your people before you hirer them.

This location is the most unorganized Family Dollar store. There are always tons of boxes/supplies all in the isles, to where you cannot navigate around the store with your shopping cart. Today I couldn't even walk down an aisle without a shopping cart because it was so crowded.
