As a person who actually worked for this company I can give you an inside look. Most of the staff is ghetto and unprofessional the managers are the worst ones sometimes.. they have some cute clothes but if you're looking for a place with top tier customer service you're not going to find it there

On my visit to Forever 21 is diffinitely, for the youth. It use to be for the youth, and "young at heart". Currently, not any more... 😐 Oh my... Just ck out 4yur self

It was highly disorganized. There were clothes stuck in everywhere on every rack. It was hard to shop because I didn't know if something was supposed to be where I saw it. Like the clearance racks...literally everything was just crammed there. No indication of menswear, plus size, petites etc. Get it together F21! Definitely not the F21 I'm used to

I just want to share my experience yesterday. Tori, who I believe was the manager on duty last night (7/11/18) was very helpful and polite. She help my mom and I out while doing last minute shopping for our family vacation. The cashier was very helpful as well, I believe her her name was Andrea, but I may be wrong. Thanks ladies.

The best forever 21 in all of Louisiana... The women who work here are SOOOOO AWESOME! They're helpful, friendly and they keep that store in tip top shape! Even the clearance section was pristine! I've never been in a F21 store that was this well ran before. Not to mention the styles they carry at this location are super diverse and there's something for everyone! I could go on and on about this store and how nice it was... All I'm saying is you guys should give the whole staff a raise! I stopped shopping anywhere but online until now.. y'all restored my faith in shopping malls! Thanks ladies!

So they have a great selection of hip clothing in the prices are really good. And my little one is thrilled to know they have a kids section now. A little too much Barbie and Hello Kitty and Mickey Mouse but I also have some really cool things for a girls that don't look like it came from Walmart

Customer service was fantastic from the door to checkout the first time I came in. The second time I came in to return an item it SUCKED!!!!!! Destiny refused to look up, was pissy, looked miserable, & was quick to rush me off. Tanisha was ordering me around instead of asking me. I don't work for you & that's not how you talk to people. I'm curious if it was either because I paid with a Navy Federal card & they realized I was military & they were barking orders or if it was because I noticed one of the workers had brought in their little boy to stay in the store while they worked & they were just trying to run me off. When I come into a store I'm a paying customer and if you're going to discriminate against one of your highest paid type of customers that work their ass off just like you then I will not support your business. Your kid does not belong in the store underneath my feet.
