Worker sitting in the dining room area on here phone with the doors locked and no answer at drive through. Store is supposed to be open. Stay away and go somewhere else. This Churches seems to never have chicken or they just don't open even with employees in the store

There was a line in the drive-thur. It wasn't moving ,so I figured I should go in. There were only the cashier and two cooks . One customer had just gotten her order but it was incomplete because the cashier left something out. As I was approaching the counter the cashier was also taking the drive thur orders as well.She said ma'am it's going to be a wait because it was only she and the two cooks.I realized that she didn't know to much about the register because it took her minutes to punch in the orders. Long story short, don't open your place of business unless you have proper help with good customer skills. I know it's rough because no one wants to work but just don't open unless you have the help that is needed to run a business . As for customer service the cashier needs to be retrained.

I waited for over 25 minutes in the drive thru. Then while eating an jalapeño found this inside. Luckily I don't consume the seeds and peel it everytime.

My rating was in error. I give it a 3 at best. Short staffed and slow. I waited almost ten minutes for my order. She was taking orders and trying to put too many together at one time. I'm sitting in drive thru watching her. I was the only one in line but by the time I got my order, there were four cars behind me.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Do not go to this location. Management is horrible. Workers are absolutely lazy. I wanted biscuits with my order but they said they had ran out of biscuits. They told me they will make some more if I waited 9 minutes. Well 9 minutes turned into AN HOUR. I waited an hour for some biscuits that were not even made. Another customer came in asking if her biscuits were done and of course it was not even made. Not sure how this place is still up and running. All I got was I’m sorry. WILL NEVER be going here again.

Churchs is great but this location is a poor representation of the franchise. Poor management and lazy workers. Such a sour experience. Don’t even waste time at this location. I saw more workers taking a “smoke break” than I saw in the kitchen cooking. Waste of time for me and the three cars behind. Pathetic

The management is truly a joke and the workers are lazy. Food never came out and they were lazy to cook more. Workers just laughing and doing nothing. Probably the worst establishment I been to. Surprised they haven’t shut down this location yet. Don’t waste your time here. They have Popeyes, WingStop, and Brothers nearby to give your business to.

To bad I have to give 1 star to write my review. This place is disgusting, unorganized, unfriendly and basically didn't know what they was doing. This is the worst experience I ever had at a churches chicken. Ordered a 3 piece mixed and I get to motel had wings . I will never be back there again

If you are going to change your hours due to staffing shortages, then someone should be on the ready to change it here. Nothing worse than showing up to a place and they not answer the speaker at all and then you pull up to the window to your surprise hey they're closed and happy to tell you so. These places are just not what they used to be but hey, it's junk food anyways right. Makes you wanna eat healthy and at home.

A friend and I tried smokehouse half chicken from church's chicken and it was good. I see they only cooked 2 at a time n I assume its not very popular. Unfortunately it dry and abit mummified from being under the heat lamp so long but still tasted good (it wasnt hard is what I mean) If I remember correctly it has a slightly sweet but definitely savory flavor. Give it a try. U might like it.
