Had an Oil Leak from our F250. We haven’t had any issues ever since they’ve repaired it. They even cleaned the under carriage that was soaked in oil. Professional, quick and you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Pleasantly surprised how fast and reasonable the repair was. Mr. John was super busy but took time out to test drive the truck with me and diagnose the noisy rear end diff. He rebuilt it with quality OEM parts the next day. It drives awesome and sounds like new. Thank you very much Mr. John Finch.

Great customer service and professionalism. Every time I had a question about my repair , the owner responded to me within minutes , which I really appreciated . They try their best to get you taken care of in a timely fashion , but be aware that they are super busy . They pay a great attention to detail and make sure that everything is just right with your repair before handing you the keys .

Love this place! Only place we let work on our families vehicles! Fast friendly service! He can usually tell you what's wrong over the phone, unlike the place I was going that you had to have a light on your dash before they had a clue.... " Bill Hood " just saying they kept my vehicle for over a week and had no clue.. I called Finch and David knew what was wrong just by me explaining over the phone. Like I said before if anything else happens with my vehicle this is where it'll be to get fixed!

If you wanna pay over 18 grand for them to let your truck sit in there diesel graveyard for 2 months then finally they lie and tell you "oh we put a brand new turbo on it". Come to find out they charged for a new one but really they simply swapped it for another junk turbo...horrible..

I've taken several vehicles to Finch's Auto Repair. They have consistently provided quality service at a reasonable price. Before taking a vehicle to Mr. Finch, I got quotes from other shops and he is consistently more affordable. I have been treated with courtesy and they have returned my phone calls. I would recommend Finch's Auto Repair for the most minor to the most complex mechanical problems.

I've used these guys 4 or five times (I do not do front end or A/C work) over the last few years and have been pleasantly surprised by the price and the time it takes to do the work. Quick and affordable. I know many people who think the same. Unhappy people are more likely to leave a review, I guess.

Told me car was ready twice, only to have me pick it up and find the problem not corrected. They kept my car almost two weeks and seemed annoyed when I would call to check on it. At one point they stopped answering my calls. After several attempts to contact them, they answered the phone by accident and I overheard one of them say "Tell that ***hole it'll be ready when it's ready!". Ultimately had to dispute charge on my credit card since they charged me despite not completing the repair. After the 2nd failed repair, they not only failed to offer me any type of discount, they actually told me they would need more $$ to complete the repair. Dealership ended up competing the repairs in under 2 hours for the same price as Finch charged to do nothing for 2 weeks. Worst experience I've ever had with any type of service provider. Poor communication, poor work, poor customers! Save yourself the trouble and skip Finch!
