Went to this location for an oil change. I was advised by the staff that I needed new rotors and brake pads. Got a second opinion from a different auto mechanic and didn’t need either the rotors or the brake pads. Buyer beware of this location! Service: Oil change

One star is too many! I took my Kia Sorento in 2 weeks ago for diagnostics because my vehicle was hesitating. They charged me $519 for a tune up, I picked my car up and the very same day it was running the same way. I called back and they said I could bring my car back and I was advised it was the Hydraulic Lifter on Cylinder 2 needed to be replaced. Referred me to the dealership for an engine rebuild. I took it for a second opinion to a repair technician and cylinder 1 was misfiring. I went and bought the parts for $69 and he charged me $15 labor. I called Michael Tires today and spoke to Zach, who offered no sort of refund or resolution. He just said he trusted his technicians. What should've only costed under $100, I have now spent $600 due to their lack of knowledge in diagnostics and repair. I was a repeat customer and had good service in the past. I will not return.

If I could give a lower rating I would. My son took his car in because it stalled. They charged him 300 and did not fix the issue but caused it to run worse. They would not give me a clear explanation of what they even did. When my ex-husband went in to discuss the matter Josh was rude, took no responsibility and proceeded to cuss at him and acted offended that my son wanted a refund. Terrible customer service, dishonest, and either don't know what they're doing or don't know how to communicates what they're doing. Maybe a little bit of both.

Went yesterday for service to find Jeff and his crew most of them have been replaced. New Mgn and crew not up to par. Will never go back. So sad as trusted men that worked before. I passed up other garages due to bad experience and have been faithful to this location for nearly 10 years and in one visit NO MORE had brakes replaced and mechanic never took for a road test to see how they felt or work. Had problem minutes I drove off lot. Old timers BEWARE
