This is the best Rouses in the greater New Orleans area. Everything is fresh and made to quality. Great selection and everything is kept stocked. I'll make the out of the way trip just to come to this store.

They didn't have everything I was looking for and prices are high. The employees are not as friendly as a few others. Handicap parking Bathroom in the back. Some what clean.

Poor customer service at Rouse's on Power Blvd. I even bagged groceries and didn't get a thank you or any acknowledgement. I have started going more to Zuppardos where they seem to appreciate you. Lot better meat and customer service is so much better. Pretty soon Rouse's will be losing me as a customer if they don't start getting better customer service.

Visit metarie,and this rouses was exceptional and great customer service,they had the big variaty of wines great selection and beer as well,register girls amazing and fast,great customer service on the floor,I ask for some chilli jam and I got every detail that I need,thank you for make the difference in customer service,definitely I will come back😊😊😊

They really need to give their cashier's some customer service training. Mr. ROUSE, Check out Zuppardo's if you want to know how cashier's should treat the people you have them taking money from.

you know.....we moved into this area after hurricane Ida last year. We've been going to this Rouse's location and while the selection of items and prices are reasonable. The employees are helpful as we got familiar with the store and where things were shelved. I can't say I dislike the store. The checkout experience is not very good. It's just not good.......rarely are their move than 3 lanes open and always a line....A line!! The checkout alone can add 20 minutes to the shopping trip. Staffing I'm sure has a lot to do with this. It's a busy store so this has to improve.

Absolute WORST Crawfish I've ever had today! And yet last Sat my parents thought they got the Best Batch Ever. Today's...1/3 were crushed, 1/5 deheaded, and all were so overcooked that half the meat stayed in the head and other half you had to peel each individual segment of the body to get to the meat!!! On a normal batch, anywhere, if I had 3-5 heads I had to pull the meat out, I'd say a bad batch!!! Of today's 10#, I ate 5#, I don't know that I had 3-5 that had the meat stay together!!!

My fave Rouse's- friendly people! Unfortunately I spend more time in the checkout line than shopping but staff shortage is just the way it is everywhere. I visit this location multiple times a week. (*Prices are steep, especially deli items- every location not just this one)

I enjoy getting food from here. They have a wide variety and everything is very, very fresh. The workers are amazing! I had ordered online grocery for the first time and my online picker Allison was very helpful. She texted me any changes and when I went to pick my order, everything was well packed. Even when I didn't know where to park to pickup the groceries, patient and friendly young lady who seemed to be on break helped me to pick up my groceries. I wish I remembered her name, but she was great!

This Rouses is conveniently located by my house so I shop here a lot. Prices are comparable to other local supermarkets, but I think the quality of fresh produce, meats and seafood are a little better. They will often have local produce available which is always nice. You can also get fresh boiled crawfish at this location on Fridays. Huge wine selection with every type of wine you can imagine. Expensive wines are kept along wall in temperature controlled glass cooler. Glass enclosure by wine has a good selection of hard liquor to choose from. Beer cooler has adequate selection of all types of beers to choose from. Store is usually always clean and easy to navigate. They did rearrange the store about a year ago so it’s taken me a while to still get use to it and find everything I’m looking for. Can get busy early evening and weekends and when it does, there is never enough lanes open for checking out. Will sometimes have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes on busy days. Light days usually in and out. Bathrooms located on first floor across from seating area. They are semi clean typically, but could always be cleaner. I only use in extreme emergencies. Ample parking, but lazy people will cram the front sections waiting to get vip parking instead of just parking further out and walking. There are 2 Redbox located here so I usually will grab a movie on my way out.
