Love this store. All the flowers are beautiful, but everything is priced high. The food is so fresh. I love the bakery and sushi. Plus, the boiled crawfish here is amazing!!

Shelves are always stocked! Definitely my go to Rouses! Very clean..and a friendly staff! update: the new update to this store is definitely a plus it is so easy to navigate and find everything! Staff is always very friendly here! This is my go to rouses! Prices are also very reasonable!

Check out the deli for legitimately rotten food & visit one of the rude/ actively gossiping cashiers on your way out! Buggy guy was an absolute delight though. More of that.

Rouses' hot bar never disappoints. I don't know exactly who does the cooking back there, but the food is always good. I highly recommend it.

I've order cakes here for years and always tasted great and never a problem but this will be my last time from this location. I spent 168.00 on a cake with wanting very little detail done. I only wanted the bottom half hot pink and the top half white showing her pictures of what I wanted with butter cream icing. when I went to pick it up it was all light pink and whipped icing. I was offered them to redo the cake but they would need a few hours well the party started in a hour so I didnt have a few hours all I got was sorry the lady who did it (Erica) just left. It was beautiful dont get me wrong but not what I paid almost 200 dollars for and I hate whipped icing. It tasted like it had been store in a plastic container for days. I guess some part of it is my fault for not checking the paper that the lady wrote my order on. The only thing she wrote on the paper was light pink rosettes. I didnt get a copy either she obviously wrote my order wrong do to the fact she kept expressing how much the cake would cost as if I couldnt afford it or something. So needless to say the pink shade didnt match my cake topper . I attached the picture I showed saying I know yall dont do fondue and that's fine I dont like that I just want hot pink roses on the bottom and white roses on top nothing else simple as can be!!!! As you can see my cake wasn't pink and white it's all pink and didnt match my topper.
