I needed a bunch of yard signs at the last minute, and the staff at Universal Printing not only helped me design the yard signs, but they also shipped the signs to me in less than a week! I had some business card printed on friday. I came home and realized all my 500 business cards were cut bad. Mind you, they’re not opened on weekends so I had to wait two days and I had clients waiting. I brought them back Monday 9:00 am. I was the first person in store. I showed them what happened and they decided to do it over. I got a call after 3pm from them on that same day saying they can’t print the business cards because of border issues. Imagine I brought these business cards as the store was opened and y’all waited until after 3 to call and tell me that!!! And worse they made a mistake and charged my card twice. They only care about money. I’m sorry this is a black owned business I’ll never support again!!!! They treat you like your less of!!!

I will never support this local business again. I went there yesterday to print something and have it scanned back to me, it cost $6.41. I went again this morning as soon as they opened to do the exact same thing with the exact same documents and they said my total was $14.31. The exact same staff was there from the day before and claimed to have made a mistake with yesterday's price. Almost $15 to print a few pages and scan it back to myself when it was $6 the day before?? Office Depot would never. Universal Printing has inconsistent prices and they will not even price match their own mistakes. Sometimes you just can't support local.

I've been a regular weekly customer here for 2 1/2 years. From my very first experience, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that my orders are just as requested. In the rare instances problems have arisen, they have been quick to fix them. The customer service is exceptional and the staff are just all around great people to interact with.
