Like all DC. No overnight parking. Fast unload BUT, no with the paper, Arrived at 2:30- 08:30 pm still here. Out@ 10:00 pm

Gate staff was nice and quick. Shipping gives me a door, someone’s on it already. When I called them to tel them they said just sit there and wait. They call me thirty minutes later to give me a different dock. This is the first sign of incompetence. Two hours sitting on the dock and nothing. There is no reason a facility this size should have a trailer on a door more the. Two hours. Incompetence and laziness at its best.

Wow, where so I begin…: Overall the delivery experience wasn’t that bad. However, it’s ridiculous how long it takes them to unload you. The customer service here is nonexistent. The real reason I won’t the reviews is to bring light to Walmart DC about their bathroom. I was floored when I asked where is the bathroom. Omg 😳 🤮……. I understand this is a DC, but it’s still Walmart. The bathroom looks as if no one has ever tried to clean it. The sink black the toilet black trash on the floor. I added the picture to their picture gallery. This is unacceptable as well as unsanitary. I expect more from Walmart, I understand this is a warehouse/delivery location however your brand should be carried the same at all your location

Appointment for 8:30. got here at 8:45. Checked in with security, got assigned a door, backed up to the door and took the paperwork to the office at door 512 just like security said to do. it's now 1:30, they're only halfway done unloading so dispatch called the receiving office to see what's taking so long they told him "your driver was late so they're working them in as best they can" This is a warehouse that won't take you if you show up too early.. I got here as quick as I could. I am literally the only live unload truck hooked up to any of the doors on the dry goods warehouse. The yard drivers have been putting trailers in and taking trailers out of doors all around me. So they give drop and hook trailers precedence over a live unload?

Quick unload. Only go by appointment, can take you one hour early. No over night packing. There are 2 truck stops near by ( Pilot & TA) if you get a 6 pm appointment like me , don't even waste your time to go there , unless you are willing to pay packing at TA. There is a small truck stop (1.5 miles) on the hwy 445 on the left , just after the traffic light at 44192 hwy 445 Robert LA. Follow the truck entrance , you need to have 10$ for the night.

I like that there's no clear signage I see for where the restroom is, so I get to ask someone where it is. I love talking to people about restroom activities. 5/5 I thought this was Walmart but I ended up at Amazon apparently. (but besides that, Walmart dist centers are some of the most consistent ones if you can get there on time.)

appt at 3:30pm given paper around 7:20pm and this is how they left my trailer . made em fix it. they fixed it quick

Honestly not that bad I had the bar way down low for this place. There is a truck stop near the facility but it looks like it fills up quickly. There’s a Petro and a Pilot 12 miles from this facility. On the other side of the highway from those truck stops is a mall. Arrive 1 hour before your appointment time. There are 2 sheets of paper you will need to fill out before the receiver Acknowledges you. Then wait it out depends on what you have.

I was 30 mins early for my appointment very clean and nice lay out . Clear signs to the gate very nice gate gaurd nice guy very helpful. Backed in the dock great room and clean took 5 seconds . Walked in the office and I fell on something in the floor gust of wind hit me like a summer storm. With think air like a child's wake. I was transported back to 1701 treated like a slave picking up a bag off the floor for my master the people in that office had this mind set that I was the help the field hand so I just stood there and waited. And waited and waited when the master was ready for my sub human mouth to open and check in they had the demeanor of boy you wasting my time. And before you think it's was a race thing it wasn't its was a i hate my job thing . I have had better attitude in the d.m.v no, Iraq kicking in door I was treated better. So lucky when I walked out the door the time mechine took me back to the year 2022 thank God for that. Got to love that southern hospitality.

It was fast unloading. Got paperwork right away. Not sure though, but does this place let truckers unload a day early? We have a Wednesday delivery it’s at 12.01 am on Wednesday and we will get there on Monday. So if anyone has any input about delivering a day early, please share. Thanks.
