Got rushed out of store and old woman working only gave us only 5 minutes even though they not supposed to be closing so early. Place is a overall mess and tried to get helped only to be rushed more

Large sign over Hanes t-shirts 3/$10. I never paid attention to dates. Customers assume managers will update sale signs. I told the cashier to make sure it rang up 3/$10. When didn’t ring up he went to back to ask about it. I heard a lady tell him that was last weeks sale. I asked the cashier to ask her if she would honor it and if she wouldn’t, to just remove the from sale. I heard him ask her about it, and I heard her big mouth uttering to read the signs. The cashier was very apologetic. Found out she wasn’t even the manager, but some sort of district manager. The store was also a mess. She never even came out of that office to remove the outdated signs. Shame on you Dollar General. I know workers are scarce now, but now your hiring incompetent managers.

Any Dollar general store has just about everything that you need or want to a certain point. Employees at most of them are very courteous. It's not Walmart!

The worst store ive been in. Staff was rude unorganized, dirty, very unprofessional. Will not be back. Take my advice go to the family dollar just a little on up the road.

Dollar General #15746. Service was awful, cashiers acted like I was bothering them. They obviously dont understand the concept that if I and others cease shopping there, they will eventually be jobless. Numerous aisles, more than usual, were impassable. The women's restroom was so filthy that I could not use it and when I told the cashiers about it, all three acted like I should not have said one word about it. Really terrible experience. I have shopped there many, many times, but after yesterday, I will not return.

Today Sunday March 31st At About 2.00pm I Went Into Dollar General Store #15746 On Hwy 431 To Purchase Some Items And I Proceeded To Check Out. There Was a Lady Ahead Of Me Having Problems Checking Out Because The Cash Register Was Locked Up And Rebooting Well After It Rebooted It Still Was Locking Up And Not Working,I Asked The Cashier(Rebecca) To Please And Check Us Out In The Other Cash Register That Was Open And Functional She Told Me To Be More Patient But I Already Had Waited Over 5 Minutes And Clearly The Problem Register Was Not functional,So I Asked Her Again And She Got Angry And Said No So I Then Demanded She Check Me Out In The Other Register She Got More Angry Because I Demanded She Do So,She Then Told Me To Get The F Out Of Her Store The Other Cashier(Manager)Had Been Outside Smoking Cigarettes,They Both Smoke Alot Because There Always Outside Smoking Cigarettes When I Enter The Store And The Smoke Bothers Me Because They Smoke In The Entrance Way. Also This Store Is Always Out Of Products To Numerious To Name. Please Discharge This Employee Due To Her Rude Behavior..

Because one of the worker is very rude. I've been going there because I it closest to my home. Instead of putting my son's change in his hand she threw it in his hand. And when me and my son go shopping there she always give the most ugliest face. That not how a worker keep customer coming. I love shopping their , but I never thought a worker has the right to treat their customers with so such. disrespect. I hope they replace her 🙏🙏.

They are getting better at keeping items in stock but still need some work. It is so close to my house and I much prefer shopping here but I always have to go to a second place for cold items.
