Doesn’t even deserve the one star. I went in for a State Inspection sticker and the Black Cashier was extremely rude. Despite being nice and pleasant to her, she continued to display her horrible attitude. Regardless, I didn’t let her misery rub off on me, as it her treatment towards me will be sent right back to her. However, this will be my last time visiting this establishment, it doesn’t seem to have much business anyway. I wish I would have read the reviews prior and saved myself this trip, but I hope my experience is a warning for others. There’s better customer service out there from people actually enjoy their jobs.

If I could give no stars , I would.. That Karen has fulfilled the qoin and meme for that name. Extra for no reason and rude with no purpose. If they were giving away free gas and beer , I would PAY people not to take it from that location. #EXXONKAREN

I have 3 vehicles I get inspected and every time I go the cashier who is there is always rude and complains about doing it. If it wasn't the closest one I'd go somewhere else

Very rude African American lady who does inspection stickers here. She talks to you rudely and like you’re a child. She has been for years…she needs to be fired!!

The mechanic Ken there has ruined my vehicle and then will not answer the phone I have been trying to contact since 11-25 when I just called 11-29 he is there but hurries and leave when call I'm totally sadden by this. I paid him 458.00 to screw my car up he identified the problem and he said could fix it. I'm in tears why would you do this to a customer after you say its under warranty please someone help me everytime I called they are not affiliated with ken but I have to pay with the cashier. I just paid him 260.00 to do breaks and flush transmission. This make me wonder if he even did that. If anyone can please contact me.

The bathrooms are a health hazard. No toilet paper or paper towels. They could, however, spend enough to have a gigantic topiary sculpted into the word Exxon to lure travelers in to a cavernous, slum like facility.

My 9 months pregnant sister came to ask for a quick and easy car inspection, she went at 12:50 and the woman working refused saying they stopped at 1. It was 12:55 when we left, but thankfully the place next door helped us with friendly service. Usually wouldn’t make a big deal about this if we weren’t so rudely confronted about it, not to mention other employees were just sitting around. If you would like to be made out to be a total nuisance for wanting a 5 min inspection, this is the place.
