I have found the NTB Slidell team to be very helpful each time I've taken my vehicle there. They are a full service repair facility with good rates. Sherry is very helpful taking care of customers.

Will not be returning to this store for service. Requested a simple tire rotation…if you can’t do the job because you don’t have the right tooling, just say so. Don’t waste my time and damage all 4 of my rims because of incompetence, poor training, or just a lack of care for the property of your customers. Honestly, I rotate tires every 6,000 miles on every vehicle I’ve ever owned, and I’ve never seen anyone damage rims this badly. What were you thinking? Recommend choosing anywhere else in Slidell for service.

Love this NTB. Sherry and her employees are great. Got a recommendation for somewhere to weld a cracked wheel since they didn’t do the service. Always friendly and take care of you. Highly recommend this location for any wheel/tire needs. Haven’t had brakes services etc, but I can’t imagine they wouldn’t do a great job with that too!

Called NTB when I had a nail in the tire of my rental vehicle. Even though they were very busy the Manager, Sherry, told me to bring it in and she'll take care of me. They did so very quickly and it was very reasonable. In addition to this, the technician not only fixed my tire but put it back on at no extra charge and then brought all of the remaining tires to the appropriate air pressure level. In my opinion, this place goes above and beyond good service and I highly recommend them. If you're in the area and you need tire work this is the place to go I say that without hesitation thank you guys for taking care of me you helped ease my mind in a stressful situation

The customer service here was phenomenal!! I was having a bad day and had to get my car towed here. I haven't gotten such great customer service anywhere I've gone in the last 8 months since I've been living here. If I have a car issue and I'm in the area this would definitely be my first choice!!!

The BEST ntb and I can say this because I’ve had service at several of them. Mrs. Sherry Lantz is the Best. We went there with 2 different vehicles and received excellent service. It’s a 30 min. drive from my home but I don’t mind because I’m getting excellent service and the mechanics have you out in no time.
