Called etc about an issue with the internet on Friday evening around 6:15pm. Didn’t expect anyone to answer but the gentleman who did was very helpful. He put in a ticket and told me they would send someone out on Saturday to take a look at it. Dylan called me Saturday morning at 8:55 to let me know he was on his way. He was very kind and fixed our issue and even went out of his way to build a box to cover the outside unit to protect it from the weather. He was very professional and kind and we are very pleased with ETC and their employees! Thank you Dylan!

ETC goes out of their way! Josh is always super responsive and kind! Ms. Gwen is always helpful too. I trust them for all my security needs. Customer service is not lost on them, and they strive to please and over deliver!

The technicians are always kind and Courteous but that's about as far as it go's. i pay 130 bucks a month for the 1000 down by 50.because I work from home for a relatively big company but its now at the point where I am having issue daily if not weekly with etc and call and report them but nothing gets done. iv reached out to the them so many times and the techs call me back to apologies every time I reach out because nothing gets fixed and still confirm I'm not the reason for the issue and turn it over to there internal team but nothing gets done to resolve the issue. iv even submitted a expense report to etc where they have cost me over 4000 Dollars in missed work due to internet issue but nothing gets done and they just dodge my calls. Pretty dang sad to see a company run this way where even the employee feel bad for the way you get treated.

Drew is such an asset to ETC he was prepared ahead of time and brought what he thought we would need to fix our problems. Drew is very articulate when explaining what need to be done. He kept us in the loop what he was doing. We can’t say enough about how impressed we were with this young man.
