I noticed an employee following me around the store. I was in a hurry and I really needed the items. So, I ignored her. No one was at the register, so I used the self checkout register. The same woman that followed me around the store came and watched me at the register. I just ignored her. As I left the store the alarm went off. So I located the same lady that followed me in the store and asked her if she needed to check my bags. But she said no because she had been watching me. What a sorry excuse for a worker. I will never shop Dollar General again! I reported this incident to corporate. Doubt they do anything about it.

This is one of the most unorganized and dirtiest Dollar General stores I have ever been too, I have stopped going there all together because I rather drive out of my way than stop there

I went this morning look for cold coffee and ended up getting a Red Bull. The manager was so nice and friendly she even recommended a new one and there was none in the cooler. She said she would put some in cooler and when I got off of work I went and they sure was in the cooler and best recommendation ever taste better then the watermelon.

Store #6908 is not organized and untidy. Almost all of the staff is rude. The registers do not work most of the time for debit/credit card purchases and for digital coupons. The staff seems frustrated. The self check out register also doesn't work properly most of the time.

Very friendly service!! I went shop there on this morning looking for disinfectant spray for a love one who’s as essential worker. I didn’t see any of course. As I was exiting the store, the cashier told me to have a good day and showed concern because I wasn’t able to find what I need.

If I could give it no star I would. Yesterday I went to buy my mom some medicine & the cashier start laughing when I handed it to her talking about “does she have a dry cough” “is she running a fever” and continued to laugh. She had a long line. And she was trying to get to say that my mom had the virus. When I was buying some mucinex . Which is for congestion. She said “I would take my mom to the hospital if she had a fever and cough” but not once did I say my mom was coughing or had a fever. As she continued to make jokes the girl behind me started to back up as if I was sick or something. Never going back here. She was unprofessional.

Despicable. First of all, the store is a disaster, which I've come to expect from most Dollar General stores. There's no organization whatsoever. To make matters worse, the cashier was rather rude or totally ignorant. She made this lady and all her other customers wait in line for $0.54 for had to have been 5 minutes or more. Yes, $0.54!!!! Then once I realized what the issue was I offered to give the change, and this silly little girl swore to me that she was unable to just cash out the transaction. Now I've worked in retail for years And I know that was straight BS! For whatever reason this cashier was determined to not only humiliate her customer in front of others, she was willing to lose a sell over a few cents. I'm sure she could have found some change and more on the floor IF they would attempt to clean up! I am just utterly disgusted! Yet folks wonder why consumers are shopping online. The absolute worst!

As usual, Dollar General provides an opportunity for quickie shopping. An adequate selection for when I need a few items and always a real good price. The same goes for food, hardware, home essentials, etc. The best part is that it's always a small parking lot... so I don't have to walk a quarter mile just to get inside. Checkout is always quick to finish off the experience.
