Communication is poor. I was told it my car needed to be dropped off for glass repair. Had two people drop it off and they were told they would get a call when it was done. I was told originally by phone I would get a call then by text I would get a text. None of that happened and my vehicle stayed overnight. I really could have used it. Instead my son who is in pain had to drive his brother to work and will have to not pick him up at midnight. The guy had the nerve to call after 3:30 to tell me hey we close at 5 and your vehicle has been here all day. My response was yes we were told we would be notified. Now at this point he should get they failed at notifying me and he calls me my friend (okay I’ll let that go as odd) then he said my husband was told. I’m not married. I explain what I was told by the text and the lady I talked to. Even my autistic son said mom, it doesn’t take this long, I watched a YouTube video. I said well I don’t want to rush them. I guess they know what they are doing. Hopefully the glass change is better than the scheduling and communication.

Very quick and professional. The only downside is the location of the business. Very little parking and very easy to pass up if you aren't paying attention.

Unfortunately, I was deceived by this company. I tried twice to call this company to schedule over the phone because I wanted to speak with a representative. I had questions pertaining if the windshield will have the Jeep logo on it. On the phone it stated that you can only book online. Online it asked me if my vehicle has the logo on it, I selected yes. Assuming well I am more than likely spending close to $400 to get that logo. Due to covid I left my key on the dashboard for the glass technicians and I safety and let him do his work. Once, I received the text that the technician was finished I checked the windshield and there was no logo. So, I tried to call again to see if there was a way to speak with anyone and it told me I can text, email, or chat online only.... I explained to a representative named Mary, I explained what it said online asking if I had a windshield with a logo. She asked "did you select that you wanted the logo?" I told her it didnt give me the option and I assumed it would. I also explained that I tried to call to speak with someone to make sure but I could never speak with anyone, I can only do anything online. Her response was "I can only get the windshield if I ordered over the phone and I would have to pay out of pocket for a whole new windshield AGAIN!" So I asked "How am I suppose to do that when you are not even given the option to speak with anyone on the phone?" She told me to call customer service.......... Seriously Service: Auto windshield replacement

You cannot speak to anyone over the phone. You can only book online. When you book online it asks you if your vehicle has a brand logo on it. Most people would assume that if it's asking if yours has a logo then they would be replacing it with one with a logo. Why else would they put a question like that on there? Nope. They do contactless installation now. So went out to check it out and doesn't have the emblem. They also lied on the close out saying that they cleaned the exterior windows and vacuumed which neither were done. Even the new windshield had water streaks and smudges. So we try to call the phone number again to see if there was an option to talk to a customer service representative and there's not. So my wife started texting them. The representative said you can only get the emblem windshields by calling and ordering over the phone. In response to that my wife explained that we had already tried calling multiple times at this point and there's no option to speak to anyone. Then they said to get the one with the emblem we would have to pay full price to replace it after already paying about $350 for an after market windshield. Then after a few minutes of texting they said please hold on one minute and then sent a text that they were closed right after and several minutes before the internet says they close. This company's customer service is the worst I have ever seen and basically nonexistent. I also feel like there online booking is also misleading and deceitful. I will not use them again and will make sure no one I know uses them as well. Not a good first (and last) experience. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Craig was awesome he is a customer service master. Friendly and knowledgable. John was my technician super efficient. Quoted a very good price by Craig. The appointment was for 2 hours and they finished in 1 hour. I would recommend them.highly to anyone needing glass service in Livingston parish. Thank you Safelite for a A1 experience.
