30 mins for a front windshield. Not bad! Prices are cheaper than Safelite or other shops nearby. Only small complaint is they take only appointments, so had to wait 5 days. Service: Auto windshield replacement

I recently had A-1 Glass Services replace my front windshield. The service tech did an excellent job. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The first day that I went in to get an estimate, a man that I assume worked in the warehouse, came out and greeted me and told me that the front desk staff would be in shortly. Several people came in to insure that I had been taken care of. Great customer service.

Price was unbeatable!! I called a few different shops and they were higher and couldn't get me in very quickly. A-1 Glass not only quoted me a great price, but the install was amazingly quick! They also noticed my cracked side view mirror and were able to order and replace it same day!

Called to get a quote on a broken window pane at my home. They came out very quickly to do an estimate. Had a few people walk in and out of my house. Then they all left without saying a word to me. Terrible communication and customer service. I will not ever be doing business with these folks. On my ring camera one of them said "are you not going talk to the customer?" the other replied with "no".

Refund returned July 28, 2019 Ordered a shower door June 6, 2019, several several calls. Finally July 22 I was again placed on hold indefinitely as I am trying to cancel my order. Not very customer friendly. Still awaiting my deposit refund. Chris & beau I was a good customer for years.
