We came here because no where else in North Conway could do our nails and I’m very happy we did! It was worth the drive definitely will come again! The younger guy, I didn’t catch his name did mine, and they’re exactly what I wanted. The environment is very nice, I had a great experience. Service: Acrylic nails

Called ahead to make an appt for a pedicure, but they told me to come right down. When I got there, they had me sit in lukewarm water while they rushed to finish 2 other people. While waiting, I saw their cleaning process. They used antibacterial kitchen spray and an old sponge to clean out the wet tubs. (Antibacterial doesn’t kill fungus or viruses.) The bucket of items used during a pedicure, particularly the exfoliaters, were not cleaned nor swapped out. I declined having my calluses scrubbed. New clippers/implements were in an autoclave bag, though. My pedicure was extremely rushed, by a woman who was either having a really off day, or hated her job. There is a polish gap at the base of all of my toes, and the topcoat has a gap from the base of the polish. The whole salon felt like they were rushing through things. I sat under the dryer for 40 minutes, waiting for someone to check on me/take my payment. Multiple people came and went while I waited, and none of the staff approached me. When the woman who did my pedicure finally came to take my payment, I was charged full price, although I only had a cut/polish change. Service: Pedicure

Have the owner do your manicure and get the dip nails!! It's been over three weeks with 10 days hiking and beaching in Hawaii and they are still looking great - no lifting, no chipping AT ALL and I'm super hard on my nails! Incredible, I've been converted to dip nails. Got these done for the first time for my wedding in Norway, Maine and they were perfect (although a bit painful in the process but worth it). We had 7 ladies getting manicures and pedicures and everyone was so pleased with the results. The staff was super professional and it was easy to make a reservation for the large group right when they opened. There was enough staff to finish all of us in time and overall a positive experience! Highly recommend, you won't regret it. Pic is of my nails on day 10 I think.

We had a great experience at Perfect Nails II. I was visiting my daughter in Maine and found this place. I typically get my nails done I’m Boston where we have many salons. The staff were excellent did a fantastic job. Great value too. Andy did an amazing job on my daughter’s acrylic nails. I had a gel manicure from Lynn and she did very high quality work. Excellent service! They were able to accommodate 7 Walk In people! Everyone had pedicures and 2 people had manicures. Very clean, excellent new massage chairs and very efficient. Highly recommend. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Perfect Nails II was far from perfect. Our visit started out well. The establishment was much larger than we expected, it had several pedicure and manicure stations and a spacious and comfortable waiting area! There was a large selection of colors in various shades and styles all at an affordable price. Then our visit took a turn for the worse. An employee approached us and insistently tried to sell us on more expensive services. After being repeatedly told no he stopped badgering and went on to do our nails. As he did then he continued to discredit our decision to choose the more economical manicure. He finished the nails and I felt satisfied, he had done a good job cleaning and, seemingly, coating my nails in polish. As they were drying I looked at them closer to find that the polish was not only crinkling and falling off but had also pooled onto the skin surrounding my nails. Could I have done a better job myself? Yes. Would I come back again? No. I was disappointed at this establishment and their treatment with customers. This review remains at three stars only because everyone else besides this one employee were much nicer. The polish itself wasn’t all that much better but their treatment of customers was respectful and kind, which was appreciated.

The two women who worked on us did a really nice job! They spent considerable time cleaning and polishing my nails before painting. It is nice a clean, with new equipment. The pedicure chairs were comfortable! A great new spot in Bridgton!
