This place just has too many customers and not enough employees. They're nice and helpful but the wait is always super long and they never seem to get things right, I always have to call them several times and wait on hold for a long time. Although I'm signed up for notifications I've only gotten a notification once. I think they should hire another tech at a minimum. This is based on experience more in the past so maybe they've cleaned up their act a little.

We've always had good experiences at this pharmacy. Yes, sometimes there are long wait times but it's a small pharmacy. I've never experienced anyone being rude and often they are apologetic if there is any kind of a wait.

Extremely rude. Had no idea what they were talking about. Did not know how to run my insurance. Totally incompetent.

Rude (esp. tech with short red hair), give out incorrect info and don’t coordinate well amongst themselves. Examples: signed up for home delivery, told them I would call when I wanted delivery vs me picking up. Instead, they started delivering, coming by at random hours which actually resulted in even more delay. Today was told to wait 45 min for a Rx mouthwash. Hung around, checked in an hour later...said clerk didn’t realize that after so much time item would go to Central Supply; would be another 25 min. When I pointed out that I was initially told 45 min. clerk with red hair became quite snippy. That attitude has no place in a retail environment, esp. in a capacity where you’re working with people who are sick or in pain.

Prescription went to a central KS facility, not the store - a unexpected delay of 20 hours to pick it up. What are they thinking? When I arrived at the store expecting to receive the 3 hour old order, I was told that they did have the drugs in stock at the store and I’d have to wait another 2 hours - “we’re busy”. The central facility is not a customer location, but where my prescription was sent without my knowledge....bummer.

I’ve been getting my scripts here for several months and honestly I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have my scripts on auto refill so when I go to pick up, they should have my scripts there in stock right? Well multiple times when I have gone over there and the manager there told me that they don’t have it in stock and that I would have to come back the next day to pick up. It’s a waste of my time and a major inconvenience to have my prescription not in stock when they call to tell me it’s ready for pickup and plus on top of that, they have given me the wrong prescription before and tried to say it wasn’t their fault and responsibility by giving me the wrong prescription. They are very rude and unprofessional and they do not care about their customers whatsoever. I will be switching my scripts over to Target from now on.

Terrible management. My teenage son went in for a flu shot and instead of directing him the the little clinic (where insurance would have covered the cost) they charged him full price. When I called after to ask about it, the manager was rude. Terrible customer service!

Terrible pharmacy. Inept staff, long waits. tech claimed data missing from my prescription and made me wait for a return call from my doctor on the weekend only to find the info was there all along. Husband in pain for an hour over this fiasco.

Staff does not care how long the line is, the pretend that they don’t see you standing there while only one person works the counter the rest pretend to be busy. Horrible customer service. I am moving back to Walgreens.
