I would give 6 stars if possible!! Kaileigh was great and she made the process simple and very fast. Taylor who introduced herself as the manager was present while returning the vehicle and made sure my rental worked out which made me feel assured I was with the right company. Enterprise is a family owned and operated company and now I know why they are #1 in the world!! Thank you ladies for making my trip fantastic!! I will be coming back soon! ~alex

Waited on hold for about an hour on 2/24/2022 from 8pm to close(9pm) saying there was 3 callers ahead of me, so I could confirm that a prescription would be filled the next day hopefully because my pregnant wife needed her medication and we hadn't heard anything about it being ready today. I understand you guys may be short staff but its unprofessional to have someone wait that long on hold and not take the call before the pharmacy was closed and now I have to try again the next day and hope I don't get left on hold for another hour, just to get a simple response to a question. This pharmacy happens to be the pharmacy my wife tends too get her prescriptions from but they tend to always have issues, Id recommend you have your doctor send your prescriptions anywhere but this location because the lack on professionalism is missing here. From my experience working in customer service for years , this is just sad , especially when it has to do with medications people need. If you need to help every car in line till 9 then do that and quickly answer the people on hold after that even if it keeps you and extra 10-15 minutes after you close, the company will stay pay u for that and you'll have a lot more happy customers getting off the phone at least knowing their ETA rather than no response at all and second guessing when they will at least be filled. ~rng

I have never enjoyed this pharmacy. 1) your employees can’t call those of us who are waiting on prescriptions. 2) I got the excuse “oh.. someone probably hasn’t called you because a prescription you need is out of stock” ISNT THAT EVEN MORE OF A REASON TO CALL YOUR GUEST?!? Always out of stock, and the only time you hear from the pharmacy is when it’s a damn text message. ~Angela

Pretty disappointed. Will not go back to this location. Do NOT let Allison be your pets stylist! I took my labradoodles to the highlands ranch Petsmart today for a haircut and wash. I showed Allison a list of what all need to be done: furminator wash, hair cut size 7, teddy bear face, trim nails, keep eye lashes long, bows on the ears. Long story short: Allison cut my dogs eye lashes, she trimmed her fur to the correct size but left two matted fur-clumps on each side of her snout. Lastly, she forgot the bows. When I picked up my dog I asked for Allison to please put bows on my dog; she did so but please see attached picture of the bows. The bows look like they were stepped on and there is glue residue on each of the bows. ~Kiki

Don’t waste your time here.. prescriptions are never ready on time and when they are, you will not be called or notified. The staff is rude and doesn’t know how to check their fax machine for fax from the doctor. First they say that a fax is received then they deny it. They are confused on whether supplies are out of stock or not. Changing my pharmacy now. One star only for the convenient location. ~Tanvi

Let's be realistic about what Banfield is about. They are good doctors and good people but they are not about being full service veterinarians. They are good about wellness services but terrible about dealing with other issues. I am not talking about emergency services but services if your animal is not feeling well or sick but not an emergency. You can't get an appointment for a week or two or more so you really need to have a secondary private full service veterinarian to meet your needs. Having them as a primary veterinarian makes little sense for the welfare for loved animal. Use them for wellness if you want but don't expect much else. I have put my money where my mouth is and after more than 10 years have non renewed my 2 Banfield plans. I know they don't care as there will be 20 folks to fill my spots until they learn like I have to find a local private caring veterinarian hospital and practice that can fulfill their needs.
