Update: staff has turned over, not very friendly. Things aren’t so great anymore, and the enclosures are not being kept up so well. They are very dirty regularly and animals are not being adopted. They frequently out of crickets, which is tough up here. Unfortunate. Animals should be a priority. This has to be the best Petsmart I have ever been to. Their reptiles are well cared for in proper enclosures. They dust your crickets with calcium. The aquariums are clean and well set up. Staff is friendly, outgoing, and store is clean and well organized. They could have more exotic pet items not much in the way of bedding etc. but seeing healthy animals is much better to me.

Clean store, had everything we needed, friendly staff. Chewy tends to have most things for cheaper online than you'll see in this store, but it was convenient to just get everything here since we didn't want to wait for shipment.

I came 7 minites before they closed and the doors were locked. Payton was being really rude and kept telling me they were closed. And made a joke saying I should of came earlier I "had all day" to get here and laughed in my face. Like I worked all day. I drove 20 minutes to get there. She ended up getting her manager which was really nice and let me in. But then when I said I needed crickets Payton immediately said they didn't have any and we're completely out. So I left. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I HOPE PAYTON GETS FIRED.

Tuesday June 28th 2022 two employees decide to close business 10 minutes early or legally supposed to be open till 9:00 sitting here arguing with me because they want to leave early unacceptable rude behavior Kaitlyn is the woman saying she doesn't have to stay open said they close at 9 even though I'm talking to them at 8:53pm totally disappointed usually steller service

Having supply issues lately. Could be a pandemic issue. Hard to find my dog's canned food so I looked at fresh but dates expired by a month in the refrigerated section.

The worst store I have ever been too. Would give 0 stars if possible. Animals in horrendous condiments, many fish tanks covered in all the dead fish, the unlucky alive ones had horrible infections, and extremely rude staff.

Pretty disappointed. Will not go back to this location. Do NOT let Allison be your pets stylist! I took my labradoodles to the highlands ranch Petsmart today for a haircut and wash. I showed Allison a list of what all need to be done: furminator wash, hair cut size 7, teddy bear face, trim nails, keep eye lashes long, bows on the ears. Long story short: Allison cut my dogs eye lashes, she trimmed her fur to the correct size but left two matted fur-clumps on each side of her snout. Lastly, she forgot the bows. When I picked up my dog I asked for Allison to please put bows on my dog; she did so but please see attached picture of the bows. The bows look like they were stepped on and there is glue residue on each of the bows.

We recently visited several different Petsmarts looking for a kitty to adopt. The associates at this location were by far the most friendly and helpful folks we met in our search! We sincerely appreciate how sweet everyone is and are so lucky it's our closest pet supply store.

We took our 3 month old shih tzu I get his first grooming abut when we went he had just a little matting under his belly and neck and the young girls working said the only way to fix it is by shaving all of his hair. We didn't know why she had to shave his whole body but we let her do it anyways. after an hour she calls back and says he cant handle it (obviously he is 3 months) and couldn't finished she also mentioned to be able to get him looking better take him to the vet and get him sedated:( When we got there a different young girl said "hello let me go back and get him for you" she never came back we had to wait at least 35 minutes because she literally forgot about us. Lesson learned never going back there again. :((
