For the third time, I have experienced massive incompetence with the pharmacy. A prescription was called in on Friday and on Wednesday still had not been filled. Waiting for 2 hours waiting only to be told they didn’t have it, then all of sudden they produced it. The tech did his best to try to get the order filled and the pharmacist had excuse after excuse for why it wasn’t filled.

stay away from this pharmacy!!!! lines are always long, the staff doesn't care and they make a lot of mistakes. waited for over an hour and got the WRONG SCRIPTS!!!!!!!! absolute joke of a pharmacy and the people are not competent.

This review is for the pharmacy. I never have problems with the store. The pharmacy is a nightmare. Constant 20+ minute waits in line, can never reach them by phone, always out of stock with my medication. Do they realize they are holding people's lives and well being in their hands? We can die or be in serious pain if we don't get our prescriptions timely. This is the worst pharmacy in Colorado.

Why is it so hard to manually enter card information? I'm 30 years old and have worked retail/food for over a decade and it is basic knowledge incase a customers card isn't reading. Seriously, am I missing something?? Has something changed to make it impossible to do this?!

The pharmacy is terrible. It takes them forever, days and days, to fill simple prescriptions. There’s always a long wait. The hours are bad and seems like they’re always on lunch break.

Vaccine appts booked online but when you get there they don't have the staff. No notification, appointments never cancelled. Appt setting still turned on online. You can still book appointments for 45 minutes from now. Yikes.

Pharmacy is horrendous. Can't find prescription, send you away only to tell you they found it then you wait in line for an hour again to check out.

Sitting here at the drive through now waiting for a prescription, had some time to kill so thought I'd leave a review. Do not ask for prescriptions at this location. Slowest service I think I have ever received.

Waited on hold for two hours. Drove in to ask about my prescription. The person behind the counter didn't even apologize for the wait or the fact that my prescription had been ready for 5 days and no one called. Abysmal. Will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Waited on hold for about an hour on 2/24/2022 from 8pm to close(9pm) saying there was 3 callers ahead of me, so I could confirm that a prescription would be filled the next day hopefully because my pregnant wife needed her medication and we hadn't heard anything about it being ready today. I understand you guys may be short staff but its unprofessional to have someone wait that long on hold and not take the call before the pharmacy was closed and now I have to try again the next day and hope I don't get left on hold for another hour, just to get a simple response to a question. This pharmacy happens to be the pharmacy my wife tends too get her prescriptions from but they tend to always have issues, Id recommend you have your doctor send your prescriptions anywhere but this location because the lack on professionalism is missing here. From my experience working in customer service for years , this is just sad , especially when it has to do with medications people need. If you need to help every car in line till 9 then do that and quickly answer the people on hold after that even if it keeps you and extra 10-15 minutes after you close, the company will stay pay u for that and you'll have a lot more happy customers getting off the phone at least knowing their ETA rather than no response at all and second guessing when they will at least be filled.
