I made a reservation and I was told to call Hertz because they had no rentals and the rep told a bold face lie about trying to contact me but they didn't have my phone number...the experience on trying to rent from enterprise was horrible both times...

Made a reservation online. Got to location and was told no vehicles were available at the time and we could wait to see if one is available in a couple of hours, but no guarantees. I was told by the staff member that she didn't think there would be vehicles available at nearby other locations, but she made no offers to call and check them to see if that was actually the case. Called another location and was told they had a vehicle and made a reservation. Then we received a call from someone who was actually at the store who said we spoke to someone on the corporate side and they don't know what they are talking about at all. Again no offers to help any further than saying our reservation would not be fulfilled

I would give 6 stars if possible!! Kaileigh was great and she made the process simple and very fast. Taylor who introduced herself as the manager was present while returning the vehicle and made sure my rental worked out which made me feel assured I was with the right company. Enterprise is a family owned and operated company and now I know why they are #1 in the world!! Thank you ladies for making my trip fantastic!! I will be coming back soon!

Make sure you clarify the usage of E-470 tolls with these people. I was told my 470 account would be charged since I had one but they failed to mention I needed to tag the rental license plate to my toll tag with the 470 people. Now I have a 470 bill that is significantly higher than it should’ve been.

I am autistic and have been continuously abused by the manager Kayla after she charged my bank account money illegally and every time I try to call and talk to her about these issues she refuses to talk to me after abusing me mentally, making slanderous comments, and continuously calls me rude names tell me to go pound sands and other very rude things. Also putting me in a damaged vehicle that had not an oil change in a long while. Instead of her fixing the issue and being professional as a manager should, she chose to be abusive towards a special needs person (me) and put me on the do not rent list for no reason at all. I would like these issues to be resolved and continuously ask to speak to the regional manager, district manager, or preferably the owner of this location. I will be reporting this behavior to the proper business authorities if the proper person such as the owner, district manger, regional manager does not contact me personally soon. UPDATE: I replied twice as "management" asked me to by email and now we are almost FIVE MONTHS out and not one single person from Enterprise ever reached out to me. They just aren't interested enough in how they are perceived! There are better rental car companies out there! I rented a car on 11/13 a Saturday. The rep seemed to be in a hurry to get me on my way. It was a 7 day rental. He said we will see you next Saturday. He never once told me that the branch closes at noon on Saturdays. He never once told me if I arrived after 12 that I would be charged through Monday. We had an issue with the car returning to Denver on the 20th. I called the 800# at Enterprise and long story short it was a loose cable but we arrived at Enterprise to find the branch closed. My $357 weekly rate went to $500 the following Monday with out any explanation whatsoever. I went to the branch on that Monday and a dark headed woman was very RUDE. She did not want to hear my story. She said she could not find where I called the 800#. No matter what I said, her narcissistic response was “ have a nice day” so I left. I filed a complaint that afternoon 11/22 and not one person from Enterprise has yet to call me. This is the worst branch I have ever been to, and I’ve rented from Enterprise for over 20 years from Coast to Coast including Hawaii. Had I known about their Saturday hours and NOT had an issue I would have returned the car before noon. They said when it arrives back after 12:00 I am charged until Monday. There were plenty of cars sitting in their lot unrented when I dropped off my car. If they need my extra $143 that bad, then so be it. I’ll never use this company again. Horrible service, they just don’t care.

Taylor (Manager, surprisingly) & staff all seemed to be in a hurry & not interested in offering their customers any sort of friendly service. Taylor will talk over you and rush over any sort of questions as if you are inconveniencing her. I sat in the lobby, by choice, waiting for rides & witnessed many eye rolls (Tyler) while they were on the phone with customers. While I realize the car rental world may not be everyone’s dream job, the service being provided is an expensive one. Taking the time to care for your customers is important & there’s a fine line between being efficient and rushing and coming off extremely rude while at it. The car I was rented had expired tags, so that meant another trip up to the location to pick up tags… the tags were out 3 months prior.. and the car I got was dropped off shortly before I got it. Sort of shocking for something like that to occur. I was rushed through all the “formalities” before the car was released to me, and could not understand a single thing the associate was telling me because he was talking so fast. I believe this was Treighvon? At this point, I picked up that this rushed service was just a trend with location and probably something taught and permitted by management. If you are able to use other locations, I recommend doing so. If this location is the only location with cars available (there’s a reason for that), as was the case when I needed a rental, you’ll be delighted to know you’ll only have to tolerate rude service for a couple of minutes.

Not very friendly (Taylor) and they always take 10 to 15 mintes to answer the phone in the mornings. I drove only 10 miles before the 1st rental provided decided to die on me and had to get Enterprise's AAA service to start me up and worst past was that AAA wanted to charge be $55 for their help . 2nd rental always needed to be started 3 or 4 times before it stayed on. Overall experience was below average. I'm glad my rental was being covered by insurance and thankfully the $55 service fee was reversed as it had nothing to do with me messing up the car.

I frequently need to rent a car for my job. I intentionally only use this Enterprise location in Highlands Ranch on County Line Rd. They are not only extremely friendly and helpful but they have gone out of their way to meet any needs that I have. The cars have been clean and they do a great job on the upkeep. I won’t go anywhere else!
