Terrible. They are notorious for losing the prescription information sent from the doctor.

Don’t waste your time here.. prescriptions are never ready on time and when they are, you will not be called or notified. The staff is rude and doesn’t know how to check their fax machine for fax from the doctor. First they say that a fax is received then they deny it. They are confused on whether supplies are out of stock or not. Changing my pharmacy now. One star only for the convenient location.

Looking for incompetence and rudeness? Then look no further. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time...even if they've called or texted you. And don't bother calling them. They'll put you on permahold and eventually just hang up on you. They don't care. Overworked. Understaffed. Rude people who need to get different jobs because they clearly hate theirs and the people they're supposed to be serving.

I’ve used plenty of pharmacies over the years - this is a very good pharmacy. They are ALWAYS helpful, they are ALWAYS dependable, and they go above and beyond & work hard for the patient. The staff is also exceptionally nice. I highly recommend.

I have used this pharmacy off and on for the past 2 years to fill scripts for my mother who was battling cancer. I now use them to fill scripts for me while I am on a certain RX plan. The staff has always been very friendly and taken an interest in ensuring everything was accurate and that there were no concerns. While they can get VERY busy and I may have to wait a little longer, they have always come thru. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond in the few situations where the doctors information was incorrect on the script and could have caused potential delays. Their concern for both my mother and I has been refreshing to see. Very happy to recommend these folks.

We have been at this store for 10 years (2 years before at walgreens, which was horrible). up until 2 years ago, this was one of the best run pharmacy that I had seen. The management and employees were spectacular. Since that time, the pharmacy management changed and most of the great employees left (only a few good ones left). In the past when a refill # ran out, they would call the doc, and notify me if doc said to come in. Now, nothing. If I call in a script and there are issues, they used to call and leave a message at least saying that there issues, now nothing. Depending on who is filling the scripts, it used to be quick. Now, it can take 10-20 minutes. All in all, RUN to another pharmacy. This one has become a total mismanaged pharmacy. We are now moved to University KS to see how they are. Note that this is different than the King Soopers store itself. Apparently, they are managed by different parts of Kroger. The store itself, remains top notch, and we will remain loyal customers here.

I have never had an issue at this Pharmacy-except folks who failed to call in their prescription on time, or who don't have their insurance card, or who want to split the order and thereby hold other folks up. Of course then there are the lazy people who want to pay for their food items at the pharmacy window. I have had several shots at this location without issue.

Very friendly staff that saved our family $900 by not filling a prescription right away and helping us find a coupon. Always helpful when I call and I appreciate the text alerts when things are ready.
