I want to give a big thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff who took care of my 13 year old Casey dog. The diagnosis was quick and carefully reviewed. Everyone was so loving and caring God bless you all for your hard work, long hours, loving care and being there for us to help make really tough decisions.

Phenomenal customer service from the ladies at the front desk. I teach customer experience/service for a living and they have a great way of treating people with kindness and care. Bravo.

I waited for over half hour until they told me they had no idea how long the would be and I rescheduled the appointment. When I came back they tried to upsell me for numerous different services.

Extremely caring and wonderful group of people to have taking care of our pets. We have one anxious older dog who struggles going to the vet but we’ve taken him here for the last year and he does SO well here and I truly believe it’s because of how the staff takes care of him. I can tell he feels safe and cared for. We recently adopted two other puppies and they were so kind and considerate helping us get both puppies in for their exams when we got them. They remember who our pups are when we call and when we go in for our appointments. Even when they’re busy, they go out of their way to help and provide reassurance and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I love the girls at this vet clinic. Everytime I take my dog, who hates nail trims, into this vet they are so caring and loving. They have been awesome with all my animals! They are very honest and real with me which is great! Love this group of vets and vet techs!!!

I absolutely agree with Paul. We have been going to Annie's Animal clinic for years but since Banfield took over the service has been terrible. We also paid for the continuing care program & now will ask for our money back as they are not fulfilling their end of the agreement. When our 18 year old cat is in need of care we should not have to wait a day or two to get a call back or an appointment. Several times we have called & no one even answers the phone. This has been very disappointing.

Let's be realistic about what Banfield is about. They are good doctors and good people but they are not about being full service veterinarians. They are good about wellness services but terrible about dealing with other issues. I am not talking about emergency services but services if your animal is not feeling well or sick but not an emergency. You can't get an appointment for a week or two or more so you really need to have a secondary private full service veterinarian to meet your needs. Having them as a primary veterinarian makes little sense for the welfare for loved animal. Use them for wellness if you want but don't expect much else. I have put my money where my mouth is and after more than 10 years have non renewed my 2 Banfield plans. I know they don't care as there will be 20 folks to fill my spots until they learn like I have to find a local private caring veterinarian hospital and practice that can fulfill their needs. Beware

Our dog had an ear infection. Banfield charged over $220 and sent us home with expensive drops. 10 days later same problem. Response - his hair grew back - “bring to tech” and she will pull hair $20. Misdiagnosed and mistreated and left our dog in continued pain. If you really care for your pet - go somewhere else. One visit to a “real” professional vet and our dog is back to being loving, carefree and pain free! WARNING IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PET GO ELSEWHERE!

My pets have been treated at this clinic for more than 20 years. When it was sold to Banfield I continued to patronize them as I loved Dr. Mackenzie and many of the technicians and office staff. Service deteriorated but I was able to make it work until last month. My 13 year old cat who had good blood work and vaccines just a couple of weeks before began having diarrhea. I called to get an appointment. The first time I was told there was only one vet in the office that day and she was in surgery all day so I should go to the emergency vet. I took my cat to the emergency vet who found no reason for the diarrhea. My cat was given fluids and medications by the emergency vet. Once off the medication the diarrhea returned. I called Banfield again for an appointment. I was told by the receptionist that “my vet was not in and no one else could help me so I should go to the emergency vet.” When I called customer service I was told the Banfield offices accommodate well visits and vaccinations only just as my primary care physician. The telephone representative argued with me when I said my primary care physician would get me in that day if I called with a sore throat. After many trips to the emergency vet my beautiful 13 year old cat passed away and when I was seeking help his regular veterinary clinic - Banfield - couldn’t be bothered to see him. The people who knew him the best turned their back on us. My pets deserve better. I need a clinic that has the best interests of the animal in mind. Sending me to the animal ER in this case on 2 occasions was not in my cat’s best interest. I have since canceled my wellness plans. At one of the ERs we ran into someone who worked at this Banfield office. She said many disagreed with Banfiled’s practices as they are not in the best interest of the animal. Needless to say I will find a new vet for my lone pet.

I've been a long time customer. My 3 month old puppy has a cough. I asked if they could see her anytime this week. They said they didn't have any appointments until July. Today is June 21st. They will not see your dog or cat if it is sick. You need to make an appointment weeks in advance. How they can schedule so poorly is beyond me. They do not care about you or your dog. I'm disgusted.
