The Falmouth location is outstanding! The team is very helpful, especially Alysha, who was able to locate an almost sold out style and size for me. Lamey Wellehan is my go to for Hoka and Oboz.

Best place to buy kids and toddlers shoes. Always clean bathrooms and changing table. Always a large selection with good prices. Employees are fabulous and helpful. Alicia is great with kids and very knowledgeable about a good fit for their foot. Been buying my kids shoes here for 6 years

Holly was amazing! She was completely knowledgeable about shoes, their fit, and what would work best for my needs! She took me first to the outlet section to see what might work for me there. I tried a pit of shoes that worked, but the fit could have been better. She found several other pairs of shoes that were slightly different sizes and had different fits. After trying on 4 pairs of shoes, I chose one that made my feet sing! Holly was professional and kind. I always try LW first when I need new shoes and she is one of the reasons why!

Great place to buy shoes. I've had Pat a few times, he really knows his stuff. If you have foot problems, this is place to go for knowledge. Very helpful staff.

The customer service was, as always, excellent. They took the time to explain the difference in features between styles of work boots I was looking at. Great selection, great products and most importantly they're a local business!

Holly helped me out so much when I came in to buy Blundstones. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will totally come back when I need to pick up another pair of shoes!

I started working here in October, the staff was not welcoming at all. This was my first retail job and there was absolutely no training. The assistant manager Ruby Serrano was constantly harassing me about how I was dressed, although I always dressed professionally and appropriately. I am 18 years old and was the youngest person working at this store. I was in foster care most of my life and graduated in June, and I am also attending college. I became a top seller in the store despite the lack of training, selling 900-1200$ worth of merchandise a day. But I was fired today, 3 weeks before Christmas because I "looked in the mirror too much" in a store with 20 mirrors in it. I am not putting down the quality of the shoes at this store, but the quality of staff and service is awful. I worked my hardest every day but was constantly targeted by Ruby, yet I never received a write up for anything. From a young adults standpoint and from a person who doesn't have a family I thought that my workplace would be a place where I had people who cared about me. To be fired so close to Christmas for looking in the mirror and being told it is bad for business despite my success in sales, is extremely disappointing and heartless. The lack of communication in this situation was appalling. Merry Christmas Jim Wellehan, but I think that Lamey Wellehan has lost its pulse for being a family owned and run business.
