If I could give negative stars I would. The young girls in the store were very VERY unprofessional. Talking about very discussing things in the back room very loudly. The store was TRASHED. I hurried and got what I wanted and waited a long time for Noone to come up to the front. I left my stuff at the counter and left.

Yeah the teens running the store together today were quite rude to your customers. We shouldn’t hear the rude remarks she’s muttering to her coworkers that are all just sitting down behind the counter. Telling people to leave the store because they have 15 minutes until lunch? Yeah that’s a great way to lose service.

I recommend The shoe Dept because the have a great selection, I have been here meny times, and I always get a good pair of shoes for a great price, not only that, they last a long time. You get your money's worth. I will be back for sure, I recommend Nike.

Very dissatisfied. I went into the store and was purchasing 4 pair of boots and two pair of socks totaling $135.00. Two of the boots I had to order because they did not have my size so they offered to order them online for me. The catch was that they had to charge me a shipping fee because my purchase was not $50 and she had to order it through the online site. If I am spending that amount at one time, I should not have to pay a shipping fee. I did not purchase the additional boots and I will not shop there again. I called and spoke to the regional sales manager and he said it is store policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Your "store policy" just lost a customer.
