One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had!! Darren is a joke and he clearly isn’t there to assist anyone in upgrading their plans. I have never been so close to changing phone plans! AT&T here I come, anything would be better than working this disaster of a store and staff unfortunately.

Truly terrible. Absolute lack of customer service. Blamed staffing (although counted at least 5 staff members working). Contemplating taking my business elsewhere after ~9 years with Verizon. Happy with the phone service, just need to upgrade 2 phones. If you don't want to do everything online & yourself, I'd recommend you follow suit in finding a new carrier. Certainly don't appear in store without an appointment, you'll be asked to leave. All I needed was assistance in confirming my success or failure with having upgraded my phone via the app as I was told I had to. I can't express my disappointment enough. I definitely spent more than an hour in the parking lot attempting to upgrade via the Verizon app after being sent away. I honestly can't believe no one could take two minutes to look at my account & confirm where I stand...I guess if a phone shows up, I'll know. If not, I'll go somewhere that actually takes care of their customers.

My 80 year old Mother and 84 year old father were treated poorly by the manager of this location. Told they were "LUCKY" to get an appt. Then charged $50. For returning a phone they couldn't see or touch without buying the product. Very sad way to conduct business, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Today I was asked to leave this location. I have many complaints about verizon and how much their service has deteriorated. I certainly voiced that and I was also clear I do not blame an individual. The corporation absolutely does not care about their service or customers the way they did 10 years ago. When I told the guy next to me “they dont care anymore” I was immediately thrown out of the store. So 1. Thank you for proving that you do not care and 2. This lady knew this is my wifes phone and she was without one with my 2 children. You need to grow up and handle customer complaints like an adult. Throwing me out knowing my wife has no phone over your personal passion for Verizon corporate is immature and unprofessional to say the least

Been here twice in the past two days. First time I got really good information and was able to get what I needed in not much time. It was before closing though. The second time was about an hour and a half before closing and I had had a problem with the original transaction. I also had a battery issue. I got the manager Chris right off the bat and he got right to the point. We worked out the battery and then we worked on the transaction issue. He was able to restart it all and it finally worked for the problem. He had a great attitude and was very professional. All In less than 25 minutes, along with answering all my questions. I was very happy with my experience.

Try to call and you get a robot. If you manage to get to a point where you can ask to speak to a human, you spend 5-10 minutes on hold. Upgrading my phone elsewhere. Update: Upgraded phone via the app. Set new phone up myself. Stopped in to buy a phone case and was told I need to make an appointment. Never coming here again.
