It is very obvious that this particular facility has no desire to help the customer!! Same experience as in the past , have tried to get help there before to no avail. Gave up on them along time ago and went elsewhere, but with gas prices so high, thought I would seek help nearer to my home. Wasted trip and my time!!!

I have been visiting this store for years. The customer service is usually mediocre at best. However, today I went in to upgrade my Grandmother's phone and the man who helped us was FANTASTIC! Patient. Funny. Helpful. He went out of his way to delete all sorts of useless apps and other things clogging up the screen to simplify it as much as he could for her!! We were in and out quickly and then had one final question outside on the sidewalk that he figured out for us - while he was on his BREAK. Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but a HUGE THANK YOU!!

I've been a US Cellular customer for over 20 years and have always been happy with ever phone and plan I've used. My most recent trouble was a defective sim card. Lost all points of contact on the phone. Went in to Belfast Maine office their tech looked at home screen popped open the phone inserted a new sim card and bingo everything is working and no charge to me! Thank you !

Horrible customer service!! Nothing i liked was in stock . The phone i wanted they dont make no more ... if they don't make the phone anymore why keep it in the display? Everytime i would ask the guy a question if just felt like it was making him go out of his way to answer ! I'm just very disappointed in the customer service in this store always have hated it . If the customer service was beyter they would have sold a 1,300 phone tonight ! And another tip , maybe you guys should ask your customers some questions and see if we need help deciding on a phone instead of sitting at your computer the whole time !

Unlike their competition, U.S. Cellular has real customer service! Not some portal where I feel like I'm waiting for a reply like some kinky dating app. They follow the ancient practice of having actual people who can help. Yeah, right? Keep it human! Please!

She found the pictures of my Mom that I thought were gone forever!!! I had upgraded my phone, and the pictures from my old phone/cloud back up did not go over to the new phone. To top it off, my old phone died. After playing with the phone for a couple minutes, she was able to get every single one of the pictures back. My Mom, who passed away 18 months ago, pictures of my son growing up, my pets, concerts, everything. What a great way to start 2019...with ALL of my pictures back that I thought I'd never see again!!!

This place is a complete joke! Can't even put a friggen screen protect on correctly! When I got one put on the guy promised me all the air bubbles would come out. And they did not so I brought it in the next day to get replaced (with receipt) they turned me away :) how thoughtful. Im very disappointed, not only are some of the workers rude and short with customers, they have a big lack in responsibility.
