Best mobile phone repair shop in Belfast, Maine (ME) 2024

I have been visiting this store for years. The customer service is usually mediocre at best. However, today I went in to upgrade my Grandmother's phone and the man who helped us was FANTASTIC! Patient. Funny. Helpful. He went out of his way to delete all sorts of useless apps and other things clogging up the screen to simplify it as much as he could for her!! We were in and out quickly and then had one final question outside on the sidewalk that he figured out for us - while he was on his BREAK. Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but a HUGE THANK YOU!! ~Molly
