I was walking past the store today and dropped my earbuds case. One earbud fell through the subway grate. I stared at it out of reach. David from Lucas Electronics came out the store without my asking or looking and said he could help. He retrieved the earbud with a magnet and some twine. He and Lucas Electronics are superstars. Very friendly and knowledgeable people! We buy most of our electronics here at this point because of the great attention to detail. Recently we bought a new AC which had some issues. But Paul was very helpful every step of the way; he gave us a replacement, which he cheerfully and quickly installed.
