Autumn and Chris powers are what all business owners should be. They are polite, knowledgeable, caring, people. They know what they are doing. They get parts quickly, fairly priced and they install the new parts in a timely fashion. you can leave feeling safe knowing your vehicle is running correctly. They get a 10 from me.

I bought a car from them. I had him put new tires that I had bought they were Cooper tires and when I went back to have my air conditioner check I picked up the car and lo and behold my two tires that were in the back with put in the front and he gave me two tires that don't match the ones that were on there in the back. and he denies that he's done that. Has a History of removing parts from your car beware. No I'm not making this up. Ask for your work order before leaving the garage.

Top end customer support. Great understanding and ability to not only problems solve but complete repairs in an incredible speed- no quality lost ot corners cut. It was great being able to witness such precision knowledge base and skill. We had an oil change done, radiator full overhaul, engine mount, and the water pump replaced for an 05 dodge caravan. Inspected for another year too! Even the invoice could have been more for the quality provided - but of course we will settle with the bill they gave us 😅🤓😎 Highly recommend. Found our new local mechanics.

The most amazing mechanic ever, makes a deal happen where it seems no possible way. Went to him several times because we enjoyed his service so much, best mechanic I seen my whole life. I've seen alot of mechanics this guy was the best hands down. Very friendly and likeable people.

Chris has been a friend for years. I usually do most of my own mechanic work but if I have a question he's good enough to explain what I need. Chris is slowing down due to his health and he's over scheduling work because with Covid-19 a lot of other shops are limiting their work. Chris is out straight with too much work for one man. From cars, pickups and SUVs to big trucks and equipment he works on them all.

We were very impressed with the honesty and integrity of the owner of this shop. We were visiting from out of town and needed work done and were amazed at how quickly we were scheduled, with the amount of work Chris and his team completed within a day and the lengths the went to in order to get ALL the work done. Their prices are very reasonable; we joked that we should make the trip to Powers Auto Works whenever we need something done (we're from Virginia). We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
