They make certain consistent errors with online orders. The more expensive sandwiches (e.g. steak) end up being cheaper turkey or chicken when you drive away. They get all the toppings right, and it’s just the sandwiches with more expensive ingredients and just those ingredients. So you can read into that what you like…

8/21/20 We have been stopping here for years. Tonight we waited for the staff to make four sandwiches in front of us from a online order, there was just us and one other customer in the store. I was fine until they started another five sandwiches and told us we would have to wait . Sorry but take care of the people in the store first,. We went across the street and for the next 20 minutes there was no customers and no one picked up their online order. Way to take care of return customers, we'll go elsewhere from now on!
