Had a very rude encounter with an associate/cashier, Michael E. Extremely rude and should not be at the front line handling customers. Katie, the manager, was very pleasant to speak with though.

Nice, big store with lots of things to shop for. Sadly they have only one aisle of pet items, which is what we stopped in for.

BULLIE HAS BEEN IMMORTALIZED! it’s hit-or-miss at homegoods, but i absolutely love this store! if you hit it right, you can score some really nice quality home merch at filene’s basement prices. or, just as likely, something completely, ridiculously, laugh-out-loud funny and you just. gotta. have it. (as you can see.) homegoods always has really nice pillows, which is good. i really like pillows, and i buy a lot of them because bullie really likes pillows and destroys a lot of them. so i’m thinking a paint job for stone bullie, maybe throw in some fangs, why not??? and we got the bullie version of mt. rushmore gracing our front steps. (the boy says check your batteries, mom, but he’s laughing too.)

Horrible experience today. Nice store but, their employees were rude today. The Homegoods side was great. But, the cashier that we dealt with today was rude. The manager from the Marshall's side who was working behind the counter was rude as well. No big deal. We will shop elsewhere.

Spent $195 largely from 3 aisles. Filled my cart... I go every year at Christmas for their imported foods items. Had a very happy Mother in law. At 92, not much else that she needs or wants.

Walk up to the register to ask for someone to check the inventory of the store to see if they can find an item for me. “No, can’t do that.” “So there’s no way to look up an item in the store?” “No.” “Ok, no problem, thank you!” Great customer service Marshall’s. You didn’t even ask if you could help me find something, let alone be bothered to look it up on the computer.
