I can't explain how grateful I am for this dealership and especially for Jon, the salesman. He goes the extra mile to help in every way possible and I believe he's a huge reason that we drove away with 2 different 2015 Audis on the same day. We didn't think it would be possible to get both our dream vehicles from the same place, at the same time, AND within our budget but it's been a week since we drove away and I'm finally realizing that I actually am in reality and not dreaming. We love our 2015 Audi A6 3.0T SLine and our 2015 Audi Q5 2.0T Premium Plus. They really are our dream vehicles. There's some minor surface damage on them and the detailing wasn't up to our standards but the motors and important parts are in amazing condition! We scanned them for codes (previous ones but nothing recent or worrisome), put them up and checked everything, cleaned, clay-bared, graphene coated, and rained sealed them within the first few days and now these vehicles will keep us extremely happy for many many years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RJB & Son! Please, go there and keep them in business for us so we can go back when we're ready for another vehicle each!

Bought two cars here so far, my experience has been great, no BS. They try their hardest to get you a loan locally or out of state if you need it. The warranty they offer is worth it’s weight in gold. I bought two Audis from there and if I need it fixed, they schedule me in asap and kindly offer a loaner car if it’s available for me to use while they work on my Audi. They take car of getting ahold of the warranty company and so far my bill for the car has been fair for an Audi. My family has been buying their vehicles from here for a long time. They drive Subaru and if you want a clean used reliable car, this is the place to get it! Shout out to Beau & John!

It's been years since I purchased a car and they made it easy! Jon was great helping with the financial aspects and finding a car within our budget. Shortly after our purchase we experienced a mechanical issue. The dealership helped clear it up quickly. When the same issue happened again they got the part ordered and did the repair at no cost to us. They also gave us a loaner car when they thought the repair might be time consuming. The inventory goes fast so if you see a car you want place a bid immediately even if you aren't sure of the financing. I will definitely do business with them again.

These guys called me after seeing I was interested in an ad on cargurus 2 days ago. We set up a test drive for today as I live over an hour away. I just drove up and the guy says "sorry, we sold that yesterday. I woulda called but I didn't have your number" Homie literally called me out of the blue 2 days ago. I just wasted 2 1/2 hours because they couldn't take 2 minutes to call me.

Went there to look at a Subaru Tribeca and fell in love with the car the salesmen were very friendly and helpful. What went wrong? They told us they would hang onto the car until our bank approved our loan. They lied and sold the car without notifying us. Lesson learned, we will not work with this dealership ever again.

Bought my Titan nearly 3 years ago and never had a problem. They were reasonable with my trade, and provided good service without all the typical used car salesman nonsense. Highly recommend them.

Took my mint rims and brand new tires on a service visit. Put them on a newer car with less miles. Supposedly due to one bent rim. The rims I got back are terrible and I got used tires back when I dropped it off with new tires. Funny, my "bent" rim is good enough for a newer car with less miles. Had the car a month, I got to drive it 5 days. They had it the rest of the time.
