Tried ordering spicy nugget meal. Women told me they could only sell that thru app and door dash. So they have a product on the menu and it can’t be ordered. Stupidest thing I’ve ever encountered.

After receiving a wrong order, I stood in the lobby for an hour waiting for my order to be made right. While I stood there, multiple people were coming in with wrong orders as well. There was only ONE person behind the counter that was genuinely trying to make things right and all he got was back talk and attitude. Finally, him and another employee started cussing and yelling and talking about fighting in the parking lot. The black man got told by the manager that he had to go home and couldn't talk like that on the line, but not the white boy. So I spoke up and asked why could he talk like that and not the other one. Once i pointed out this apparent favortism, the manager then told the white boy he had to go home too. Meanwhile, another worker had a cell phone in his GLOVED hand while making food. Smh. I never did get my food made right so i asled for a refund, and the manager didn't even know how to do that. SMH. To the manager of this restaurant: Get it together. And to the one worker that was genuinely trying: I see you. Thank you

Exceptional everything!!!! Love their baked potatoes with cheese and butter. They were mindful of my food allergy and everyone I dealt with was very autism friendly. One gal even opened the app so I could point to what I wanted one day when I was non verbal. Wheelchair accessibility: Minor trouble getting in and out of the foyer with a wheelchair, but customers and employees are usually willing to help hold the doors so it's much easier. Plenty of tables where a chair can be moved away for a wheelchair. Restroom was very wheelchair friendly. Dietary restrictions: They offer diet and zero sugar drink options, making very diabetic friendly. They offer fresh salads with baked chicken for low cholesterol friendly option that includes meat.

If you like gambling this is your place to order at the drive thru at any location in Columbia, TN! Go ahead, order what you want but be sure to bet against getting it. In fact, order something completely different and you might get what you want. If you're real lucky you'll get your full order! I seriously have been 5 times in the last couple months because my daughter prefers their burgers and 5 out of 5 times they have gotten it wrong. Not a little wrong, but like a Caesar salad instead of an apple pecan salad and a burger instead of nuggets kind of wrong. One time I got the taco salad and it was just lettuce with cheese. But if you want to gamble online and order with their app so you at least get some rewards or free stuff for your trouble, the house will close you down because that never works even if you uninstall it and reinstall multiple times. I'm sure ol Dave Thomas is turning in his grave. I hate to complain these days because I know they are short staffed but I thought I'd give those who prefer not to test their luck a chance to save their sanity and those who are open to a game of chance a new option for getting their fix.

This is the Wendy's in Columbia tn. They need to shut the doors. This is the absolute worst place I have ever eaten at. It took 20 min to get our order and then it wasn't right. And the young black kid with his pants below his behind moved like a snail and never spoke a word to customers or cracked a smile. Good thing I'm not the manager he would shape up or ship out. I have never seen such horrible service anywhere. We love Wendy's food but will never go to the Columbia tn one again. Wish I could give them a 0 cause they deserve it. I understand no one wants to work anymore but they are ridiculous.

I never eat at Wendy's and I see why!! My fries were not Hot! Like they advertise, the wait was long and the person that handed me my food had dirt under his nails! I took the survey on the receipt and complained about my visit. They emailed me back the next day, apologized and replaced my meal. The replacement meal was hot, fresh and delicious 😋 until I found a piece of short dirty blonde hair in my fries!😔 I won't be returning.

This Wendy's was very slow, and sloppy. From the drive thru I saw 4 workers just looking up at what I assumed was a screen, keep in mind the drive thru line was long. The food was sloppily put together and fries were cold, although it was the right things. They were out of barbecue, and didn't give us straws. Overall not a good experience and wasn't like this a while ago.

I got lunch here with about ten cars in front of me and I noticed they have gotten faster at this location. They were very polite, the food was still warm when I got home and it was good. I like the bacon fries! Keep up the good work 👍

Visited the Wendy’s in Columbia, TN on Bear Creek Pike. The wait was 45 minutes long and there were no potatoes and had to order something else. I also ordered the Summer Strawberry Salad and it was sad. It had no chicken only strawberries and cheese and the strawberries were ruined. The service was not great as well, the employees stood around like they didn’t know where they were. If things don’t shape up then it will end up another empty building just like they found it.

Waited over an hour for the food. My avocado salad had no bacon in it. The wrong dressing. There was six employees standing at the front counter and no one in the dining room was eating food. I had to take mine to go and come back to work. Others in the dining room was getting a refund due to the long wait. This was my very last time to go to Columbia Wendy's.
