Shenika the manager turned a potentially bad situation into a great one! One of the marks of a great manager is their ability to adapt! This was my first time coming here l I'm glad I was able to enjoy myself and look forward to coming again! Great atmosphere and music as well!

My college alumni class held our alumni fundraiser at the Bethesda, MD location. The manager, Shenika and her team were the absolute BEST! Along with our top-notch server, Khalil, they were the nicest and most attentive team I've seen at any event in a long time! Shenika and her staff were very accommodating to our attendees and made sure that everything was going smoothly and made sure that the (outstanding) food and drinks never ran out, as they were always refreshed in a timely manner. They happily assisted with our scoreboard adjustments and correct shoe size questions. The ambiance alone is worth the price of admission, along with the FREE parking and terrific location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting, whether you're looking for a great place for your next event, watching an upcoming game or sporting event, or just hanging out with friends & family to, "get your bowl on." I very much look forward to returning with friends and family between now and the end of year, whether it's a holiday or not, this place and its management & staff ROCKS!!

This place is by far one of the best places to go and chill.. I’ve been here twice and Khalil J and Shenika C and Jeremy are BY FAR some of the best people who work here!! Super attentive, and such GREAT overall customer experience!! My place of choice to definitely chill and just enjoy myself!! I come here just to have a couple of drinks and I never leave feeling like I wasn’t cared about.

Despite the somewhat worrying amount of work I feel like the two (?!) employees were trying to do all at once by themselves, they were doing a great job, and I love the concept - overall very charming, with the combo restaurant/bowling alley thing. Mostly great setup with the couches and decorative bookshelves and extra arcade games, mostly well-behaved system, we all had fun in the couple hours we were there. I wish there hadn't been inexplicable enormous TV screens, though - they really detracted from the vibe and blocked the lines of sight from the couches to the lanes/scoreboard. I don't know what could possibly have possessed someone to spend a bunch of money making the bowling experience actively way worse.

On a whim, we decided to go to Lucky Strike with the kids. We didn’t make reservations but the manager was able to get us a lane. There were six of us and we enjoyed two hours of bowling. Our server was friendly and polite. We ordered appetizers and drinks. Shenika (manager) came by consistently to ask if there was anything we needed or wanted. She ensured that my five year old son had a ball that he was comfortable with. We are definitely going back. After reading some of the reviews, I highly recommend folks go when Shenika is there. She is EXCELLENT!!!!!!

My friend & i loved their service! Thank you to Kevin Brooks, Khalil Torres, & the manager Shenika Canda made our nights fun and great! They made sure we were good and made sure everything was okay. It was nice to finally meet great people with awesome costumer service!! I’ve been a manager in the food industry so i know it’s not easy so to run a place or work in general but they were very energetic, and friendly! and i love their work ethic. Definitely am coming back.

Where do I start! We celebrated my brother’s birthday at Lucky Strike and what a time we had! The service was amazing, the restaurant is clean and the food is amazing! Last but certainly not least Shenika and Kevin were absolute joys to interact with! Shenika made it her mission to ensure our experience was everything it should’ve been! She was kind, over accommodating and super pleasant! Kevin was an absolute sweetheart and funny too! He was fast efficient and even took some great pics of our group at the end! Love this place! Definitely coming back!!

A wonderful experience for all ages! After looking at multiple venues for our son's 11th birthday, we decided to do the children's birthday package at Lucky Strike Bethesda, in Montgomery Mall. We were a bit skeptical at first since the venue was very modern and chic, probably more suited for older adults looking for a fun time with some drinks and appetizers. But looks are deceiving and we were impressed at the quality and care from the whole experience. We luckily decided to give it a go for a children's birthday party and couldn't have been happier. The service, from the initial contact with Natasha who was patient and courteous throughout the entire booking, was great and left me at ease. She was very responsive and always worked to make sure we got our reservation squared away. On party day, my son and his friends absolutely LOVED the place! It was chill vibes, as one young friend described it. The food was delicious, drinks were ALWAYS refilled, problems with managing the bowling lanes system was always handled quickly and correctly. The entire service staff were extremely attentive. This was nothing short of receiving a VIP bottle service sort of attention. Again, for a children's party! How amazing. The only downside may be that the kids would be spoiled from here going forward, as they may be thinking that this level of service is the norm. Unfortunately, it is not and Lucky Strike Bethesda is a true gem. Thank you to everyone at Lucky Strike Bethesda for making our son's birthday a truly memorable one.

Marquise, Shenika and crew are phenomenal. We celebrated a 40th birthday here and the service and food were pleasing to all. Our party was pretty large yet we all felt that 1-on-1 attention that made all feel like we were a priority. Kudos to this location and we can’t wait to visit again. PS What scent is the hand soap? It smells amazing.
