Nice people but good god someone train the staff on how to make ice coffee. Every morning I go hoping that day will be the day they get my ice coffee right. One time they didn’t put any sugar or cream and when I asked for the cream they said there was cream in it. The ice coffee was black. Other times they load too much cream and no sugar or vice versa. Today I asked for cream and sugar they handed me a extra cream coffee with no ice left in the cup. It’s not the employees fault. Manager please retrain your staff on how to properly make ice coffee please. None of them know how.

This continues to be the worst McDonald's that I visit. How is it possible that this is slower than the McDonald's in DC? Every time I come here there is a long wait even if there are not many customers. Multiple times I have stood there in front of the register for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Then, after you wait more than 15 minutes for your food, the french fries are not even hot. Who is managing this place? This is unacceptable!

Because the drive through was long I went inside. Was greeted by a host of flies flying all around. When I got home I noticed the burger was a little on the dry side (probably sat out for hours). Jazzed it up with condiments and ate. Hours later I had the worst belly pain (felt like food poisoning) and was up for hours with severe stomach pain. Needless to say I won't be going back to this particular McDonalds. I rate it 2 stars because my daughter didn't have a problem with her nuggets.

They are very slow. This McDonald's is privately own so complaining to corporate will not do any good. I always order from the kiosk cause they are so slow taking orders. I always taste my fries before leaving the restaurant because it maybe real cold. As long as people like us attend nothing will change.

Food is never hot!! I asked for everything fresh never gets done! This place needs new managers or get rid of the irritable teenagers that don’t want to do their job correctly !

Terrible experience waiting in drive thru for some someone to take orders was very frustrating. Two lines open but somehow only one line was getting orders in. Then when we got to the window placing order there there was more confusion. I requested to speak with a manager because 20 minutes to be waiting on is UNACCEPTABLE....So I did gripe ling enough to get my meal discounted. Shoot I shoulda got it FREE. SMDH

This has got to be the slowest drive thru in the world!! On my way to work in the am, I like to grab me a quick bit. In the morning you will be in the drive thru more then 30 mins, each car 5 mins at the pick up window. Twice after I placed my order i had to leave my food because I was going to be late for work.

ALWAYS getting orders incorrect. They repeat it at the Mic..they repeat it at the register and STILL you are handed the WRONG order (someone else's)OR something is missing from inside your bag. Always taste the tea before driving off..I've had it spoiled, Sweet order and given Unsweetened and half and half had only Unsweetened tea inside...If your going to use Teenagers more soft scenario training needs to be consistently done. Teenagers need constant modeling of your best to train the others well. Use your best to help with improvement in staffing and give your best accolades and incentives other than McDonald's products.

Sunday around 5:40pm, my family and I ordered ice cream. The lady took the order but never repeated what I ordered. Not gave a total. Get to the window ask for the total, the cashier says, the order disappeared. The managers are too comfortable and not training the crew trainers correctly. Why lie about not being able to pull my order back up and give me my correct information back?
