ATI Physical Therapy at Burtonsville is a place that you can get back on your feet and enjoy the things you love to do, for me is walking and jogging. After my ankle injury I stop jogging because of the pain, even climbing up and down the steps, was painful. Now, after a few sessions, I can slowly get back to have a healthy foot again. The pain and inflammation has diminish, and I can have more movement of it. The staff is awesome. They smile friendly, and show care of your needs and pain. The environment is relax and peaceful. I have come to the Burtonsville location now three times in the last 5 years, for three separate issues. I am always pleased with the therapist, and especially so with Cary this time around because he is addressing multiple core issues prior to you another surgery on my body. I feel entirely supported, and grateful for their knowledge that they pass on to me, so that I can do these exercises at home. I highly recommend this location in Burnsville.

They told me one price before beginning PT and then I got a huge bill from their billing department, completely different from what I was promised earlier. I called and tried to explain the situation to Francine (who gave me the quote initially), but she told me she had no control over what billing did. I tried to speak with a supervisor but they never called me back. Called billing and left messages, but never got a call back from them either. Horrible customer service.

I recently had a horrible experience with a totally unprofessional therapy aide (DT) who occasionally works at the Burtonsville ATI. When I brought up my extreme frustration to the supervisory level, some efforts were made to mend the situation but it was still very disappointing when my reasonable request was simply ignored. ATI was very helpful in helping me with rehabilitation from a knee injury after meniscus surgery. Sangeeta Maharan was my therapist and she was phenomenal in targeting the areas where I needed to strengthen my knee, hips, and leg to support my knee injury. Thank you!

Amazingly positive, well trained, and friendly staff in a very clean and safe environment. You feel welcomed from the time you first walk in the door. Jaimie implemented and continually adjusted a strength and stretching regiment designed to fix what was ailing me. It's One-on-One so you get the direction and feedback you need. The other physical therapist on site, as well as the assistants and interns, were there to help or provide encouragement as well. Also, they provide a regiment you can do at home to maintain and/or increase your progress. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Everyone is very personable and professional. While I wasn’t enthusiastic about having to do physical therapy, I look forward to my PT appointments and working with the staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and you can tell that they genuinely care about your treatment and recovery!
